"Our stay here was incredible. The view of the lake from our room and the dining room was breathtaking! The staff were all so kind and helpful, especially Bianca at the front desk. She made us feel so welcome and made shuttling to dinner so easy. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Very friendly and attentive staff but that's about it. The mattress on our bed felt like it was just springs. We asked to move rooms for a better bed but were told all the beds are the same.
The room itself was very tired looking and in need of updating and had an odd smell. The bathroom was clean but the shower frequently ran out of hot water and failed to drain fast enough so had to frequently turn off to stop from overflowing.
The breakfast was basic but not amazing quality with a bad...

"No curtains covering double doors to balcony so no privacy or night shade. Safe did not work and is so small it can be picked up and walked off with; not secured. Paper cups for coffee and coffee pods not replenished for 2nd day stay so couldn’t even make instant. Beat thing is it’s location to restaurant below and waterfront. "

"Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk!
Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk."

"The property was beautiful and the staff was excellent. The spa was not open all day only 4 to 8. The breakfast was exceptional. I would go back. The spa was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. My only issue was that the room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down except open the slider with no screen."

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. "
