"This is one of the most elegant, well-equipped properties we have ever stayed in. Everything from the superb bed linens and lovely hand soap, to the gourmet kitchen. The location near museums and parks, was wonderful. Communication, check in and out was handled well, and the extra bedding we requested was ready for us. We are already planning a return trip next spring, and would hope to book this apartment again."

The room was nice but somethings were missing off the description initially like it being a shared co working space and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean enough to go in, but the fire pit was amazing and the patio. "From the booking process throughout our stay Kim was wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. The home was beautiful, clean, quiet, and spacious. The only small complaint we had about our stay, and this had nothing to do with the home, is that all but two restaurants in town require reservations. Made it slightly difficult to find a meal after returning from our daily activities at unscheduled times. Again, not on the host, more a comment about the area in general!"

"Die zusätzlichen Zahlungen an den Roompot Marinapark (Kurtaxe, Bettwäsche, Kaution) sollten kommuniziert werden. Man denkt ja erst, es handelt sich um eine Fishing-Mail! Ein Wasserschlauch außen am Haus wäre für Wassersportaktivitäten noch wünschenswert, bei der Brühe im Hafenbecken, sowie Liegen für die Terrasse! Sonst war alles prima, wie erwartet."
