"Airport shuttle is clean, new and on time. However, finding the location to catch it in the airport is a bit tricky. It is located on the third floor at the departure set down at Stop 46, not the ground level where there are a fleet of commercial buses with very impatient drivers. It takes a 10- minute bus drive to Novotel. I stayed for about 10 hours overnight to catch the next flight at 6:40am."

"We only stayed overnight so we didn't have time to use other amenities but I'm sure they are as goood as everything else about this hotel. We have already stayed here twice and will be staying there again everytime we go to Guangzhou. It’s a bit far from tourist spots so we used Didi but I saw a Metro station entrance closeby.
