Unit #103 Sand Cay Beach Resort Gulf Front

Unit 103 is completely renovated, stylish and modern in hues of grey, black and white, complemented by all new furnishings, window treatments and recessed lighting. A large, round faux marble table in the dining room seats 8 comfortably and has panoramic water and sunset views for memorable family dinners. The living room boasts a large flat screen tv, expansive comfortable sofa with chaise and a recliner. Adjacent den can be closed off for privacy and can be utilized as an office, bedroom, or quiet reading room or opened to be part of the living room and common space. The Master bedroom includes a king bed, wall mounted flat screen tv, a generous closet and an en suite full bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom can sleep up to 3 and has 2 twin trundle beds, with one that can open to become a king. It also includes a wall mounted flat screen tv and a small desk. A stacked washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen with bright white cabinetry, and granite countertops. There are lots of hooks and storage everywhere and tasteful luxury hardwood-like vinyl flooring. This beautiful apartment opens out to a generous patio with a round dining table that has ocean and sunset views for your enjoyment.

Just like Longboat Key’s original tourists, residents and visitors alike enjoy the beaches and weather — but today’s islanders also cherish the many recreational and cultural amenities like golf, shopping, museums, a wide array of dining choices and a myriad of water sport activities are all nearby.

Spring break w teens

Very good location, ground level walks out to lawn and then beach. Friendly staff. There is no hot tub as was claimed on vrbo listng. Clean room. If you want to watch TV bring your own firestick.

Perfect Location!

The property was very well maintained and very close to the beach. The only surprising thing was that the bedrooms did not have dressers. We had nightstands but basically, we lived out of the suitcases. Small price to pay for such a wonderful property. Would rebook this place in a heartbeat!

What a total surprise. Beautiful condo right on the beach. Sunset views from huge windows. Everything provided to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The location of the unit is great. Just steps away from the beach, pool and barbecue grill.

The unit is well stocked with amenities. As stated in a previous review it could use some updates by the owner. No storage space for dry groceries and area rugs could be replaced. Out door mats would help with the sand. I would however return for another stay. The resort needs to keep a better eye on the pool conditions

This property and location is great for a girls-get-away, a family vacation, or whatever you have in mind! Everyone is super nice and friendly. We are all planning to go back again, seems like lots of people staying here have been staying at Sand Cay condos year after year for many years! Huge grill and beautiful beach. Really nice lounge chairs for guests to use on the beach....and our unit had a canvas tent for us use. Set it up in the morning and you have shade all day! You can’t go wrong.
