The Sea Grape Inn is a boutique-style resort complex, located beachside, on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico, on Longboat Key. A perfect beach getaway!

BEACH VIEW Condo- 2nd Floor of Beach Front Property, 2 BDRMS/2 BATH, Sleeps 6: 1-King Bed, 2-Twin Beds & 1-Sofa Sleeper.

Completely renovated stunning BEACHVIEW condo! Totally re-done and upgraded condo, located directly on the Gulf of Mexico Beach--with beautiful, uninterrupted views of the ocean.

This GORGEOUS 2nd floor 2 BD/2 BA condo has been totally renovated, with you in mind. A completely updated kitchen--featuring new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, beautiful quartz counters, new oversized sink and faucet, plus a fully stocked kitchen. All the amenities of home!

Decorated to reflect the casual upscale beach lifestyle which will be yours during your stay, lounge in the living room which includes a flat screen TV, a new sectional sofa with queen-sized pullout bed, and an upscale recliner chair. Plenty of dining room seating including 3 breakfast bar chairs to accommodate all your family meals.

Relax on outdoor seating in the screened lanai while taking in the view of the private pool, and tranquil waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Finish your day watching the spectacular sunset, either from your private lanai or beachside.

The primary suite offers a luxurious king bed, flat screen TV, and a recently remodeled private bathroom, complete with plenty of storage, new bathroom fixtures, updated shower and tile throughout. The second bedroom suite has two twin beds, a flat screen TV and a recently remodeled private bathroom, also with plenty of storage, new bathroom fixtures, updated shower/tile.

Beautiful tile floors throughout, freshly painted, loads of storage, furnished in casual, upscale beach elegance.

You have certainly discovered the perfect beachside getaway–the setting for a relaxed family beach vacation, a fun friends getaway, or a romantic stay for 2. We can’t wait to welcome you.

The Following *Required Fees are included in the total cost.
*Required $150 Departure Cleaning Fee.

*Required Conservation Fee of $10 per night will be charged due to Longboat Key Ordinances to protect Turtles.

*Required Damage/liability insurance fee $70 is mandatory and will cover any damages or missing items in the guest rental unit or property, as needed. This damage/liability enables The Sea Grape Inn to rent to guests without requiring a refundable damage deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
~Cancel 91 days or more prior to arrival date, guest will receive a full refund less a $250 admin fee.

~Cancel 31-90 days prior to arrival receive full reservation credit for a future booking valid for 1 year (less any booking fees). Original reservation pricing is not guaranteed. Guest will be required to pay the difference if there is a price increase for new booking dates.

~Cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival, or a No-Show; No Refund Or Booking Credit will be provided.

Wonderful vacation

A true gem

This little gem on longboat key holds family history for us. We have not been back since my parents used to winter there in the ‘80’s & ‘90’s. I took my daughter and grand daughters there. It’s still pure magic ❤️

Paradise!

I hate to leave a review because I don't want anyone else to know about the little piece of paradise we found! The condo was exactly as pictured. The view of the Gulf was great, the pool and beach private and the water in the Gulf looked like it had been chloinated it was so clear! We found great shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Lovely spot

Perfect place to relax. Beautifully updated condo with gorgeous view of beach. Close to wonderful restaurants, nature parks, and of course the beach is right outside your door. My only complaint (and easy to fix in our opinion) would be new mattresses in both rooms. We played musical beds, trying to find a comfortable spot. No luck. But overall…a delightful trip! Many thx to Wanda! :))

Fabulous condo and location

Extremely well stocked kitchen Lovely decor Nice pool and access to private beach with chairs and umbrellas! Only negative was not having a smart TV, so couldn’t watch Netflix or a movie.

Perfect in Every Way

Loved Sea Grape and Unit 6

Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Near restaurants. Close enough to the action on Anna Maria and Bradenton Beach but better because it was calmer with more space on the beach.

Unit #6 - Loved our stay!!

Thank you for the great place to stay! We loved our unit and location on LBK! With only 8 condos, we always felt safe during Covid. It was nice to have a pool and the beach right outside our door. Our unit had all the amenities for inside and outside - much appreciated!! We will be planning a return trip! 😎👍🏻

SeaGrape Perfect Getaway

I stayed at SeaGrape Inn for a long weekend in November with a small group of friends. Condo unit #6 was absolutely adorable, from the decor to the views, we really enjoyed our stay. Wanda was super nice and accomodating., and the added touch of placing your name on the outside of the unit was completely unexpected and a really nice touch. The beach access from our unit was just a short walk and the view from our enclosed patio served as a nice place to watch the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets. Longboat key is a true gem and I would definitely come back and stay at The Seagrape Inn again.

Can’t wait to go back!

This is an excellent property and the unit is completely updated, very comfortable, and attractively decorated. We loved our stay here and will definitely return. The property manager is super. Everything is well cared for, the landscaping is lovely, and the atmosphere is great for families.

This was a recently updated with great appliances and kitchen, reasonable sized balcony, very clean, roomy bathroom in master and large bedrooms. The listing was labeled beachfront which the entire property was but this condo not. Rather it was beach view.

Really nice location and very nice unit.

We come once a year with our friends from England. Typically we have stayed in Ana Maria but decided to try someplace new this year. I was a bit nervous but turns out this place was perfect.

Our unit was awesome! Very clean and updated! Our kitchen had everything we needed. Sea Grape was so quiet and laid back! We had the beach almost to ourselves! This place is quiet the gem!
