  • Our building is located on the beach, this unit has an ISLAND view.

    Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condominium overlooking the island toward Sarasota Bay. Owner has renovated this condo with the highest quality materials including Starmark Cabinetry, Cambria Quartz kitchen countertops, Grohe fixtures, Kohler shower doors and so much more. This kind of quality is hard to find in a rental unit!


    * Enjoy preparing meals in the oversized kitchen, fully equipped with blender, coffee maker, ice maker in refrigerator.
    * Stainless steel appliances.
    * Luxurious shower, oversized wall tile, double Grohe shower head and hand sprayer, custom bathroom cabinetry, granite vanity top, medicine cabinet.
    * Wide planked, walnut looking, porcelain floor tile throughout.
    * Newly painted interior.
    * Master bedroom: King-size Serta mattress, 39" flat screen HDTV, cable TV channels and DVD player, blackout blinds.
    * New solid-core doors, custom crown moldings and over-sized base wood trim.
    * 53" flat screen HDTV in the Living Room - Comcast Xfinity Hi Definition On-Demand with Free Movies in addition to cable stations provided by The Beachcomber.
    * Custom-built, queen-size wall bed with 12" extra deep Serta mattress.
    * PRIVATE WIRELESS INTERNET WITH PASSWORD AVAILABLE ONLY TO THIS CONDO (in addition to the Beachcomber's wireless internet).
    * Built-in wall safe and an extra closet in the Master bedroom.
    * All bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach umbrella, coolers, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.
    * Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the spacious balcony. The balcony overlooks private parking, landscaping, and a wooded park across the street.
    * Private white sand beach.
    * Gulf side heated pool, lounge chairs and umbrella tables.
    * Covered beach side sitting area. Watch the incredible sunsets!
    * Lounge chairs are provided for beach use.
    * New laundry facility.
    * Friendly, helpful and professional condominium office staff.

    Across the street and set behind a wooded park is a variety of boutiques, a Publix Supermarket, a CVS Drugstore, bank, liquor store, post office, and 10 clay public tennis courts at the Longboat Key Tennis Center. Only minutes away are excellent restaurants and the world-class shops and galleries of St. Armands Circle. Longboat Key is one of Florida's most beautiful barrier islands. Out-of-the-way yet easily accessible.

    Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

    Please Note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

The condo was great! It had everything we needed, it was in a great location with Publix right across the street. The pool and beach were amazing!! Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful week in #205

Perfect location on LBK. Beautiful beach. The unit has been updated throughout. Didn’t mind the balcony overlooking the parking lot. Handy coin operated laundry on the main floor. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Great Location

The condo was very clean and the location was perfect. The beach was just a few feet from the condo, and there is also a covered area with tables to sit and watch the ocean.

This condo is absolutely fabulous!!! Has been remodeled and updated. King size bed is sssooooo comfortable!!! Has everything needed to prepare and cook meals. Couch and chairs are comfortable. Conveniently located to a Publix, Dry Dock Restaurant (fabulous food), and Armand Circle (plenty of various stores and restaurants).

Very comfortable condo. Everything there you would need . It did not face the beach.

Loved the condo. Very comfortable. Down the back steps and you’re on the beach. Only thing I did not like your balcony did not face the beach.

Fantastic Place!

First time traveling in a year and we were READY to get OUT of winter in upstate NY! We were thrilled with absolutely everything about the Beachcomber #205. The kitchen was so well-supplied I was amazed! Lots of beach/pool supplies available ... we lacked nothing and had a very relaxing week. Can’t wait to visit again when the pandemic is done!

Beautiful and relaxing

We had the best time! The Beachcomber sits right on a gorgeous view of the Gulf and provides everything you need for a great beach vacation. We were really happy with our stay and when our coffee maker in the unit broke, the staff was super prompt in replacing it. Having the Publix across the street was also a huge benefit that helped us save some money instead of eating out every night.

Excellent place to stay right on the beach in Long Boat Key

We have stayed at the Beachcomber before and we love it. It's perfect for us. You have a gorgeous beach and a pool and our condo was perfect. We had everything we needed to be able to cook some nights and go out some nights. We plan on coming back next March and hope to reserve the same condo again!!! Thank you

Amazing condo! Never wanted to leave.

The condo is beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. New appliances, cozy comfortable bed, my boyfriend and I stayed in and cooked meals in the condo very frequently in our stay. White sandy beaches, very quiet and private beach location. I will 100% be back and reffer the Butlers condo to all of my friends and family.

Perfect Vacation

Clean, real Florida feeling in the furnishings, great layout, everything was perfect. Being able to walk out to the beach and pool is the only way to visit the beach. Access to a grill while watching the sun set is great way to top off a day, also supplied are chairs to use at the beach (unit has umbrella and coolers). Very clean property and personal attention from unit owner and property management made our stay a perfect vacation

Excellent! We hope to return!

Simply the best, such a cute condo. Everything we needed. We felt so at home but in a sunshine paradise. We walked the beach every day. If we forgot an item for cooking dinner just a quick walk behind the complex to Publix. Beautiful sunsets each night. The pool was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and Relaxing

The condo was clean, well equipped, and decorated nicely with a comfortable king size bed in the bedroom. We did not go out to restaurants every night so it was useful to have a gas grill on the property and a well-stocked kitchen at our disposal. I enjoyed my coffee and newspaper on the balcony every morning before heading down to the beach with my wife and daughter. The condo supplied a cooler on wheels which made it convenient when carrying snacks and drinks down to the beach every day. The property had one of the nicest stretches of beach on the island and was conveniently located to Publix and the shopping center across the street. The property provided floats and sand toys for the beach so we didn’t have to buy them for our daughter. Beach lounge chairs were available free of charge as well as lounge chairs and chairs/tables with umbrellas on the pool deck. I wanted a relaxing vacation so I was happy the beach was uncrowned and clean. I only wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to reserve this unit again next year.
