Beachcomber unit 204

This is a great location directly on the beach with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico.

This Gulf front unit is completely renovated with all new appliances, and comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, including all cookware, dishes and utensils, plus linens.

* 2 bedroom condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico
* 2 full baths with walk-in showers
* Sleeping accommodations: one king; two twins
* Free wireless internet

* Gulf-side heated pool with lounge chairs and umbrella tables
* Private white sand beach, with terrific views from all rooms

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this second floor, with full Gulf views from the living and dining rooms, the kitchen and both bedrooms. The living room and the master bedroom each have brand new sliding doors that open onto a 34 foot long private balcony overlooking the beach and pool.

The Beachcomber is a non-smoking building, including inside the unit and common-areas. Smoking is permitted outside, including on the balcony.

Please note: We do not allow Sunday or holiday arrivals and require a 7 night minimum stay.

Beach front units are available to reserve online up to ten (10) months in advance, however you may call or contact us directly for a reservation up to twelve (12) months in advance.

On behalf of our guests and owners that suffer from asthma and allergies, no pets are allowed on the property. No exceptions! $300 fine.

Stay on the beach

Fantastic location literally just off the beach. Our first floor apartment was just what we needed and seeing dolphins swim past the window every morning was a fabulous “Extra”! Thank you for a great relaxing holiday.

Quiet and Relaxing plus beautiful Gulf and Shells

My sisters and I had a fantastic time! From relaxing at the pool to strolling along the beautiful Gulf. Finding shells and watching the terrific sunsets. Very hard to leave. We will be back!

Great condo, great property

The Beachcomber is a beautiful property that is constantly being maintained. The beach is beautiful and the building provides lounge chairs so renters can carry or drag them over a 10 foot patch of grass to the beach. It seems that most condos even provide umbrellas. All condos provide beach towels.

HEAVEN ON EARTH

One of the most beautiful beaches I ever been on. I had been looking for a place that didn't seem as "touristy" (funny coming from a tourist! Haha!) and I think I found it! May have just been the time of year but the beach wasn't crowded at all and the view couldn't have been any better. Location is great and if you want to get out and see the surrounding area, you won't be disappointed either way you turn out of the drive. But if you want to stay in, also perfect location. Publix and CVS is across the road which made our stay even nicer not having to go far for groceries. Met some really nice people there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit to Longboat Key and will definitely be back to the Beachcomber!

Great Stay

This was a great location. Out of the way of the busy tourist area and very quiet. Highly recommend for couples who want a beautiful, quiet, and serene vacation. We will be returning in the future and we will recommend to all our friends. Prime spot for viewing sea turtles.

This condo is great; very close to the beach for watching dolphins and hearing the surf!

I highly recommend this condo. It is newly remodeled, well stocked with everything you need and so close to the Gulf that you can listen to the surf all day. Also great for watching the dolphins!
