"The Staff were incredibly friendly, they upgraded our room to the suite which was so generous and we are so grateful and thankful. The room was beautifully presented, amenities were wonderful and it was very classy and elegant, and the breakfast had great options. Will be back again for sure. "

"I had a procedure at the hospital nearby and due to pain I had all my meals in my room. I was felt in peace to rest and heal but also appreciated meals when I needed them and someone on reception if I needed it. I great place to recuperate away from home! "

"1 bed suite is ok. I wouldn't pay for balcony, there was no view and it's unappealing. Bed was comfortable. Difficult to contact reception or anyone in the evening, took 30mins to get through because they forgot to make up the sofa bed. Hotel is ok, reasonably clean but still looks dated. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area."
