"Near the airport. We take a local bus in the front to train station. Then visit Manhattan, Yankees St and Time Square. Very easy."

"Pros: The front desk was kind when we checked in and out. It felt clean. Cons: I did try to connect with the hotel during our stay, without hearing a response. Our cable kept going in and out, the phone to the front desk rang busy the entire night, the heating/cooling unit was constantly making noise through the night, at 8am a cart was being wheeled up and down the outer hall which was loud waking up customers which then led to someone screaming and swearing from their room for it to stop. ...

"The sink water was warmer than the shower. If you want a hot shower, don’t book here. There was also this terrible constant clicking sound in the room, sounded like an off balance ceiling fan, but there’s no fan. It did not stop. "

"Ac wasn’t working and there’s a lot of hidden fees with everything but overall the food was good and staff was great nice place "

"The phone in the room was missing its cable so was unusable. We got woken Up two Times during the night from strangers knocking or bumping info our door, and couldn't reach reception."

"If you are relying on public transportation, and don't need to drive or park a car, this is a very nice hotel and budget friendly. Its clean and comfortable. For us, we were driving from PA and staying nearby to catch a flight at JFK the next day. Nearby parking garage was full at 8pm at night. We had to park on the street and make sure to move it in time because of alternate side parking. We found a spot that was in a truck loading only zone, but it was off hours. I wouldn't stay here again...

"Having to go down the hallway to use the microwave in a staff elevator/laundry chute area was not great. Staff very courteous and helpful. Texted the staff a question and the response was immediate and thorough. "

"Toilet cannot be flushed. I could not sleep well and woke up every hours as other customer were keep talking and giggling each other loudly whole night. And someone knocking the door each rooms during midnight. Worst hotel in my life"

"I love the hot tub rooms but this time the shower door was missing and it made the bathroom super messy because water gets everywhere. They accommodated us with plenty of towels and late check out. Either way it’s my home away from home. "
