"Checking in was a nightmare, not on the property manager but on hotels.com. Hotels.com had the wrong property manager listed, didn’t share my info with the real property so they could contact me. I had to track down the real property manager myself the morning before i left causing me to leave late. "The staff was the best: so nice and helpful. Best relation between quality and price. The rooms are big, clean, with fridge, caffee and microwave. Placed near restaurants and place for live concerts (Valley Tavern). It has a complementary breakfast which is also nice (yogurt, caffee, tea, sweet things, juice). I'll definitely repeat if I'll come back to the south part of the Smoky Mountains and Appalachian reserve."

"Facility is old but serious efforts have been made to update. New dropped ceilings, fairly new furnishings, new paint, quaint etc. Very clean and comfortable. I had very limited contact with staff, but that was pleasant. There was some road noise but not terrible. Spacious parking was at the room entry. Some of the room photos are misleading. Be sure to designate whether you was street front or creek side. Also be prepared for a 3% credit card charge. The most serious negative was the high step...
