After 3 different rooms, everything was fine. The first room didn’t have a tv and dirty linens were left in room, the second room the heat/air didn’t work. The 3rd room was fine except the double pane window was broken on the outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The gentleman that checked us in worked to get us in a room that was right and once we found one he made the keys to the room and delivered them.
The day of check in, we did get there early and the room wasn’t ready til 3pm, but as mentioned that room was missing a tv. It also had dirty linens left laying on the bed. Not sure what they were doing that took til 3 that it was in the shape it was…..
For the breakfast, the couple that managed it was super friendly and took time to speak. They were busy each morning making sure food was out, dining area was clean and making sure guests were taken care of.
There was sign that said you had to ask for room service, so when we went to request it, the front desk clerk had already put us on the list. Kudos to them for being proactive.
All in all, we’d stay here again.
