I would never, EVER stay in this hotel again. What an absolute joke.
“Deluxe”? Please. That word implies luxury and quality — this place is the total opposite.
From the moment I arrived, the staff looked lost and uninterested. After checking in, I found a broken toilet seat, an old, uncomfortable mattress with worn-out sheets, no towels or toiletries, and a room that hadn’t seen a proper clean in ages.
I asked to speak to the manager and went out for a walk. When I came back, my room door was wide open. At first, I thought I’d left it that way — until the manager turned up and casually said, “He is fixing toilet.” Leaving a guest’s room unlocked with their belongings inside? Totally unacceptable.
When I raised my concerns again, the manager actually told me, “Guests make the rooms dirty.” Clearly, they don’t care. I was eventually moved — to a room just as bad.
This one had a toilet partly wedged under the sink, barely enough space to get to the shower, and a fixed showerhead spraying either your face or the back of your head. Several plug sockets were also damaged.
This hotel is filthy, cramped, and horribly run. It needs a full renovation and staff who actually care. Avoid at all costs.
