The cream and graphite kitchen sits within easy reach, and the bedroom is tucked away behind its own door for quiet nights.

The Layout

• Entrance hall: Welcoming foyer with full-length mirror, warm wood floors and built-in storage.

• Living and dining area: Open-plan lounge with a large grey sofa (doubles as a double sofa bed), teal armchair, coffee table and Smart TV loaded with Netflix. A glass-topped dining table for two sits beside the patio doors for morning coffee or a relaxed meal.

• Kitchen: Sleek galley layout in matte cream and graphite tones, fully fitted with a Siemens oven, induction hob, Bosch coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everyday cookware.

• Master bedroom: Softly carpeted with a plush upholstered king bed, crisp white linens, bedside lamps, a chest of drawers and its own Smart TV. A walk-in wardrobe area offers hanging space, an iron and extra storage.

• Bathroom: Spa-style marble bathroom with a rainfall shower over the bath, mirrored vanity cabinet and wall-hung basin.

Good to Know Before You Book
The flat sits on the ground floor of a secure period building in the heart of the City, so you may hear occasional street noise, particularly on weekday mornings. Keys are collected from a nearby KeyNest point around a 10-minute walk from the apartment, so please factor this into your arrival time. Please ensure the keys are returned to the KeyNest location as instructed at check-out. If the keys are not returned or are lost, a charge of £100 will apply to cover the cost of replacement and associated administration. There is no allocated or on-site parking; free on-street parking is available right by the building between 5:00 pm and 6:00 am, with paid car parks such as the NCP on Lower Thames Street a short walk away outside those hours. Check-in is from 3:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Up to one well-behaved pet is welcome at no extra charge, but please include them on your booking. No smoking, no parties and quiet hours after 10:00 pm to respect neighbours.

Booking policy
Guests are required to pay a security deposit of £150 prior to their stay. This is fully refundable pending no damages or excess cleaning being required. This will be a pre-authorisation hold on the card taken at least 24 hours before you check in, and is automatically released within 3 days after check out. Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

Cancellation policy
Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
