- Cancellation policy: We are open to an exceptional cancellation option, including refunds or vouchers in case of an emergency or last-minute change of plans. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to find a solution that benefits both parties.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit may be required for certain bookings. It will be fully reimbursed upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- ID request: A photo ID matching the main guest name and picture must be provided before arrival for security purposes. As the apartment is self-check-in, we have to ensure that the booking is legit and avoid fraud. Any photo ID is acceptable.
- Kindly remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them promptly, but note that no one lives on-site 24/7.

Location was great, especially for getting the Heathrow Express back to the airport. Also close to Hyde Park and many shops and restaurants. The apartment itself Owner responded quickly for questions, but when we requested an extra blanket they told us they would check with their housekeeper and we never heard back.

Exactly What We Needed
This is a review for a one night stay mid June 2025. En route from Paris to London and onward to the US, we stayed one night at this flat before departing home to the US. The space met our needs exactly, it was spacious enough for one adult and 3 kids (ages 6-14) for the older kids to have their space and mom with youngest child to have our own space after a long day of travel. We traveled some-what light, one backpack each and then one small rolling suitcase, and that was plenty to lug up the few flights of stairs. While the kids were intrigued and slightly appalled with fans used as a way to cool down (they thought it was sooooo 1990s), they quickly stopped griping when they could feel the cool-ish air on them. Likely they were all just a bit hangry and tired from non-stop travel. I enjoyed how private and largely quiet it was. I did wake around midnight to someone shouting and slamming a door- but that didn't last long and is somewhat expected in close quarters. The entire space was spotless. I really appreciated the cookware present- though we only cooked soup and I did not get a great look at all the kitchen appliances, but it had what I needed. Highly recommend.
