Très bien situé avec accès à la gare de train et de métro Paddington à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Quartier tranquille, plusieurs petits restaurants à distance de marche. Des instructions pour l’utilisation des électroménagers seraient appréciées. Attention au drain de la douche, il était bouché à notre arrivée et l’eau coulait sur le plancher.

Splendid Family home

We, (2 adults 1 kid) stayed at the flat for 1 week and had a great time: spacious, comfy, very well located. We can highly recommend the apartment and would certainly stay here again at our next family holiday.

Picture perfect

Location was outstanding- quiet but close walking distance to tube station, restaurants, etc. lots of space, nice furniture, kitchen utensils a bit sparse for eating in. Slept well. Would recommend!

Great Stay in Paddington

We had a fabulous stay. The flat was as described online and the place was extremely clean and comfortable. Amazing location, very walkable to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. We also enjoyed walking up to Little Venice. The host was very communicative and responded quickly with our inquiries. The street is lovely with low traffic so it never got too loud. Recommend for anyone visiting London that wants a central place to stay. Just note, there is no elevator so you must be able to walk up two flights of stairs.

Great location to explore London!

We were visiting for the London Marathon. We found the apartment very comfortable and in a great location with pubs and shopping nearby. Paddington Station is so close for easy access to anyplace we needed to go. We would stay here again.

Great Location in London

This property was very nicely furnished, in fact we thought the kitchen was very well outfitted compared to other places we have rented. Great location for getting around with a short walk to Paddington. Property owner responded very quickly. Would definitely stay there again next time we are visiting London

Great stay, great location

The flat is on the top floor and there is no elevator! We were traveling from the US with 8 large suitcases and the weather turned hot! I know it was our problem not the fault of the property owner but that really was our only inconvenience. There is no A/C but it is an older property in London and normally you would not need it in London. Great location very close to Paddington station and restaurants we would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Perfect location for exploring London. Very close to Paddington station. Property clean, quiet. Owner responds to questions quickly. A brief instruction sheet on how to work TV, WiFi info etc would be my only suggestion.

Live like a local

The flat was well appointed, the beds were super comfy, and the host was super responsive. Walkable neighborhood, convenient to the tube station. The area is residential, not touristy at all which was perfect for us.

Great location, average apartment

Location to Paddington station (only a few mins walk) and responsiveness of hosts were excellent. Wifi worked well and the bay window front of apartment was lovely to sit at in the evenings. However, dishwasher door didn’t close and nearly impossible to load / use. No chopping / cutting board in kitchen (and refused to provide this basic equipment when asked despite advertised as fully equipped kitchen). No plug for kitchen sink, had to wash up in a bowl. The apartment was dusty including the floors. Parts of the walls in the main bedroom and the living room have water damage and are damp. For the duration of our stay, there was a spare(?) washing machine sitting outside the front door on the very small landing and the mat outside is curved up so that it is a trip hazard. This apartment is on the 2nd floor - and the second set of stairs is very steep. Location can outweigh these aspects, although a focus on these points would improve the experience.
