The building has an elevator, and the reception is staffed daily from 6:00 AM until 12:00 midnight.

The home features two generously sized bedrooms, each furnished with luxurious king size beds and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep. Accompanying these are two beautifully designed bathrooms—one with a full-sized bathtub ideal for soaking, and the other with a sleek walk-in shower featuring refined brass fittings.

In addition to the sleeping quarters, a third room serves as a spacious walk-in wardrobe and dressing room, providing ample storage and a practical space to prepare for your day or evening out.

The open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light and tastefully furnished with a plush sofa, stylish armchairs, and a flat screen TV—perfect for unwinding after a day in the city. The dining area comfortably seats six, making it suitable for everything from relaxed breakfasts to evening meals. A fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and tableware for at-home dining.

Guests can also enjoy an outdoor seating area with furnished space—perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Our property features a state-of-the-art gym and a yoga room, both available for guest use. Whether you’re looking to maintain your fitness routine or unwind with some relaxing stretches, these well-equipped spaces are designed to cater to all levels of experience.

Ideally located in a vibrant yet residential neighbourhood, the apartment is just a short walk from local amenities including shops, independent cafes, restaurants, and green open spaces. It offers the perfect balance of city convenience and residential calm. Excellent transport connections are nearby, allowing for fast and easy travel to central London and beyond—whether your plans involve commuting, sightseeing, or exploring the city's many attractions.

The Location
The Sessile can be found in the N17 postcode with fantastic transport links. Nearby is Tottenham Hale station on the Victoria Line underground with its regular service into central London taking 15 minutes. Additionally, the Victoria Line operates 24 hours on weekends. Alternatively, there are buses to all parts of London. For sports fans, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is within easy reach. Tottenham Hale is a gateway to the sprawling Walthamstow Wetlands nature reserve, where reservoirs and marshes are home to many rare birds and wildlife. Also, from The Sessile, guests can sip coffee on Makefield Road, and enjoy a pint in grain-to-can breweries or cuisine from around the world in one of its many restaurants. London’s Stansted Airport is about 30-40 minutes away.

Children are welcome; however, we cannot accommodate infants under the age of 2. We accept guests who are 21 years old and above.
