Welcome to our modern and spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Paddington a perfect base for your stay in London. Stylishly renovated, offering a comfortable and beautifully furnished living room, complete with a large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen making it easy to prepare meals at home.

Each of the three bedrooms is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable bed and ample storage space and TV. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one shower and a showers and bathtub.

This flat is located in Paddington and is an ideal choice for families or groups wishing to explore the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee on one of the three private balconies available in the flat. The flat's convenient location provides quick and easy access to all parts of the city, making it simple to visit all of the famous landmarks.

Great location close to Paddington station. We went to the Starbucks nearby for breakfast each morning and took the Heathrow Express to and from Paddington which made our travel days extremely quick and easy. The flat is clean, plenty of towels were provided and we enjoyed the updated kitchen and bathrooms. As a previous guest mentioned, the carpet is stained and needs replacing. The walls are scuffed from guests bringing in luggage. This did not bother us. There was some noise from a loud neighbor playing rap music past 10 pm one night and some noise from the room closest to the train station. This didn’t bother us either as we all travel with ear plugs. It would have been nice to have some bedside lamps in the main bedroom. Overall it was a great stay and great location for our group of 5. I do not know how one previous guest was able to fit 10 people! Our hosts were extremely kind, responsive, and accommodating and check in and out was easy and straightforward. I would recommend this flat to my friends traveling to London and we are grateful for the hospitality we experienced!

The apartment is clean and new, lots of towels and utensils available, there is no facial tissue, no sleepers, no laundry detergent and the mattress is not firmed, a bit slanted, overused. We are all happy, it's a bit crowded for 7 adults

Unfortunately, the unit itself did not meet my expectations. Biggest issue was that carpets were very very dirty and need to be replaced. The building itself is pretty old, though understand that's outside of control, but expected inside of unit to be much more updated as advertised. Location was great, central to everything, and felt safe. Host was very responsive throughout stay.

Perfect location for our stay with friends and family. Big enough for 5 adults and 4 children. We had a great time enjoying the nicely equipped kitchen, the 2 modern bathrooms and the comfortable bedrooms. 2 watch outs : the two double beds in the children bedroom are pretty small, not really suitable for teenagers. One bedroom is quite noisy because on the railway side.

The location was very close to Paddington Station, which was great for getting around Londo. There were lots of places within walking distance to go out to eat and a market or two to pickup food for eating in. We had plenty of room for the six of us.

Check in process was simple and keys were available at location stated. The communal areas of the property were not overly well kept, nor was the exterior of the property block. Within the actual property the accommodation was well laid out and as described. The door to the balcony (although not accessible from the outside as it’s on the 5th floor) wasn’t lockable. Although we made it clear to our daughter she wasn’t to go on the balcony unnatended, it still was a concern as we couldn’t secure the door. The general cleanliness of the property was good (bathrooms and kitchen etc), it was clear parts were missed on skirting boards etc. our main ‘gripe’ was the water pressure in the property. Showering was a challenge, having a bath not possible due to the length of time it would take to fill. Not first world problems, but annoying. For our stay, the location of the property was absolutely ideal and meant all of our planned activities were easily accessible. The beds were comfy and plenty of bath towels and toiletries were available for our stay. On this occasion the property worked for us, would I book to stay again - probably not for the niggles that I have raised.

Quick stay near Paddington Station

The management team was super helpful and responsive as someone tried to check-in early one morning while our kids were still sleeping. They also were patient as we tried to figure out how to get our clothes out of the dryer because we couldn’t give it the two hours the cycle required. The apartment itself was so-so. We were there when it was super hot, and although there are fans in each room, sleeping was very difficult. The towels were on the cheaper side and there was no soap or shampoo in the shower if you came unprepared. Location was great, although the building itself seemed a little sketch.

Great Property - Communications need improvement

The property was great. Spacious, clean, closing to Paddington Station. For the summer, there is no air conditioning which is covered in the listing. 3 TVs are nice when you have a big group. Lots of plugs set up for various types of plugs is a great plus. There is a luggage storage location next to the key pick-up if you arrive early. Easy access to Heathrow and the London Underground. Good restaurants in the area. Area feels safe to walk around in day or night.

Family Trip

We stayed here for 4 nights, loved the location as it was easy to hop on the bus or tube. We found some great pubs close by for easy dinners after a long day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to have breakfast in the apartment before heading out. Kenny and Leya communicated with us very quickly and answered any questions prior to our arrival. Our only negative regarding our stay here is the elevator in the building. As we were leaving London 4 of us got on the elevator and it broke down. We had to call the fire department to let us out which took about 20 minutes but luckily we still made our train.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

The flat was clean and comfortable, and a good size for our party of six adults. The location was very convenient to Paddington Station, which made moving around London by underground very simple. Well worth it!

Great location and well equipped

We had a very comfortable stay at this apartment. It was bright and sunny, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and modern. The location to Paddington Station was extremely convenient for all of our transportation needs. The condo building was not quite what we expected from the outside, it overlooks the train tracks so one bedroom does have train noise, but once we were settled this didn’t bother us. New carpet and paint would take this listing to the top but it was very comfortable as is and we would stay again. Property manager was available and responsive throughout our stay. Lovely place and experience.

Week in London

We had a great week in London. The apartment is in a great location right next to a bus stop, short walk to Paddington station and close enough to walk to Kensington park. The apartment has everything you need to eat at home. The bathrooms are new and have good water pressure and warm water. The two double beds could use an upgrade for our soar bodies after walking all day but we all still slept fine. The hosts are very quick to respond and helped us with all our questions. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in London.
