Todo muy bien

El staff es muy amable, y tanto la habitacion como el desayuno estan muy bien. El hotel se encuentra un poco alejado del centro y de los principlaes lugares turisticos, pero es facil de llegara a el por metro y autobus.En general, nuestra estancia ahi fue muy agradable.

Noisy and needs renos but lovely hosts.

This place is conveniently located close to local buses,the tube and M1. It is located on an extremely noisy corner. For non-Londoners, you cannot pay with cash to take the bus and need to get a bus pass or Oyster card from merchant down the street which is about a 10 to 15 min walk away. It is located in the better half of a duplex which is greatly in need of repair. The first impression when you walk in is not favourable. The walls need repair, the carpeting and all flooring need replacing. Our room was clean and tidy, but the flooring is worn, the throws over the beds were threadbare and you do not want to open windows because of the exhaust from vehicles outside. There was a kitchen type chair at a built in desk and this was the only place to sit in the room. In the bathroom, you had to prime the toilet so that it would flush and the tub is very high, so not the easiest to get in and out of. In the mornings, you are served a full English breakfast, which is great. The hosts were kind and friendly and they do provide secure parking. This could be a convenient and comfortable place to stay if needed renovations were made.

Cheap but very comfortable and cheerful

Stayed here when we saw Stone Roses at Wembley. Run by Extremely nice Korean people. No frills but Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast lovely. One tip though, get an Oyster card for travel as you will need a train ( and possibly a bus) to get back to St Pancras and London centre. And the traveling can get expensive.

Good price for just outside of London

Close to train station, good full English breakfast made to order, next to busy highway so a bit noisy, nice restaurants within walking distance.

Weekend at MB

It was good.We enjoyed our stay.Basic but neat and clean bed and breakfast accomodation.Location was easily accessible via public transport.Breakfast was good in quantity.Only possible con is that as its on the main motorway , its noisy and noisy all night.Other than that we were happy with our stay.J is a nice host and very helpful.

Nur fürs Schlafen geeignet - wenn man tief schläft

Wir haben aus Kostengründen ein etwas außerhalb liegendes Hotel gewählt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, da diverse Buslinien im Minutentakt fahren. Allerdings liegt das Hotel direkt an einer sehr viel befahrenden Kreuzung. Es kam vor, das Abends um 22.45 Uhr plötzlich ein Winkelschleifer angeschmissen und bis ca. 4.00 Uhr in der Nacht der Bürgersteig repariert wurde. Das Personal ist wirklich das Beste an diesem Hotel. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist genießbar. Das Zimmer ist fürs Schlafen ausreichend. Total zusammengewürfeltes Mobiliar, Bad mit schwarzem Schimmel in den Ecken (das findet man ja eh häufiger), das Zimmertürschloss kann mit einer Haarnadel geöffnet werden. Man muss ja auch den Schlüssel dem Personal geben und klingeln, wenn man das Hotel verlässt! Wir haben es mit Humor genommen und relativ preiswert eine Woche in London verbracht. Wir haben einige Leute getroffen, die mehr im Zentrum gewohnt und eben viel mehr für denselben schlechten Komfort bezahlt haben. Unter diesen Gesichtspunkten ging es soweit in Ordnung.

Good value, excellent service, but not for those w

...who value comfort too highly! The hotel is on a busy road (very busy, all night long) with very warm rooms and VERY hard beds, so sleeping wasn't easy for us, BUT the service is excellent, the breakfast is good and free, the rooms are clean and well equipped, and it is an excellent choice for a budget stay.

Rent hotell med hyggelig betjening

Vi bodde her i to netter. Hotellet er noe avsidesliggende, men det går buss direkte til sentrum ofte. Rommene var noe små og i litt dårlig forfatning, men renholdet var upåklagelig. Stort pluss for hjelpsom og meget hyggelig betjening.

Worn exterior, but lovely staff and breakfast

This hotel is 45-60 minutes from London city center. Bus 82 goes to Victoria, and bus 113 goes to Oxford Circus. Both pass several tube stations en route, making it easy to transfer from bus to tube and speed up the journey. The lovely Filipino family that runs this hotel were so warm and helpful, and the English breakfast was fantastic (eggs, toast, beans, sausage, bacon, and cereal/jam/cheese if desired). My son ate it like a champ! Being on a rather busy corner, it was a tad noisy at night. The location and time to travel to the city center, too, made it a bit inconvenient.

Good Value for London and a great location

Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and the room very clean. The whole hotel was very clean. The location is great for the bus into London or the tube. It is an older place on a busy street but that didn't bother us at all. For the price I think it was good value.

Ideal location for Wembley Arena

We Stayed here because it was the closest place we could find for the Coldplay gig at Wembley. Excellent value for money and parking available too which was a bonus! Transport links were good around a 20 minute walk to the nearest tube station and around 11-15 in an uber to get to Wembley. Would definitely stay here again if I happen to go to Wembley again.

very very very good hotel

we stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. the owner is so nice and kind. the breakfast was made with alot of love. the room was very clean and comfortable. the hotel is close to a shopping center and to bus station. i just don't have something worst to tell about this hotel. If i'll come back to London i'll stay at this hotel again.

Hotel an stark befahrener Straße

Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählten, weil es etwas abgelegen, nicht im Trubel von London liegt. Leider liegt es an einer stark befahrenen Straße und ist allgemein sehr hellhörig. Auch können wir das Frühstück nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt Spiegelei(nur kurz gebraten), Bacon, sausage, Bohnen, Toast, Butter, marmelade (2 Sorten), Schmelzkäse, Cornflakes, Milch, O-Saft, Kaffee...Wer es mag, unser Geschmack und Vielfalt traf es nicht. Zimmer sind sauber und Betten bequem.

Déception

La chambre de l hotel est très vétuste, simple, sans gout.Le pire est que l'on ne peut pas dormir à cause de la circulation importante de la 4 voies qui se trouve juste à côté de l'hotel (3m). Nous avions l'impression de dormir dehors tellement l'isolation des fenêtres est mauvaise. Le petit déjeuner est très simple, toujours le même et en" boite de conserve" sauf les toats, une tasse de café très clair, sans goût. Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel très médiocre.

Meer dan prima budgethotel

Een leuk en goedkoop hotel om te verblijven in Londen relatief dichtbij het centrum. Busstation met metro in de buurt. De kamer is erg netjes en ruim genoeg om het alleen te gebruiken voor overnachting. Er is gratis Wi-Fi aanwezig en je kunt 'inchecken' wanneer je maar wilt. Het enige echte nadeel is dat het gelegen is naast een redelijk drukke 'Roadway' wat nu en dan luidruchtig kan zijn.

Nettes Hotel am Rande von London für 2* total ok

Für unseren Sylvesterkurztripp (3 Tage) waren wir hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir sind morgens mit dem Bus 260 , 460 oder noch besser 113 direkt am Hotel - Baker Street umsteigen in die 82 zur Victoria Station in die Innenstadt von London gefahren und Abends wieder zurück. London ist ja schon super aber Sylvester sprengt alle Erwartungen. Auch ohne Ticket am Themseufer haben wir das Feuerwerk am London Eye vom Trafalgar Square schön gesehen und waren beeindruckt. An den anderen beiden Tagen haben wir viel in London unternommen, obwohl uns manchmal die extremen Eintrittspreise ziemlich schockierten aber London ist einfach super. Sehr wichtig: Wer Sonntag oder Feiertag morgens zeitig nach Hause fliegt, sollte bedenken das die Underground und Overground Stationen erst halb 7 öffnen. Wir wollten 5,30 Uhr von Kings Cross Station mit der Piccadilly Line nach Heathrow fahren, da unser Flieger 8,00 Uhr ging und standen vor geschlossener Tür und dann richtig auf dem Schlauch.

Good stay

We had a good room. Bed was nice as well as bathrom.For the breakfast we had englisfh breakfaast and cerial. Overall we had a nice stay so if you are looking for a budget stay this is a great opption. The only minus for us was distance to center because we walk everywhere and it takes about 1,5 hour one way but with a bus it is ok i think.
