The luxury riverside penthouse is intricately designed and comprises of large hallway, modern open plan living/kitchen area with spot lights all through the apartment, two good sized bedrooms, high specification bathrooms and secure, designated parking(Please note that parking is charged at an extra fee of £10 per day). **A security deposit of £450 will be pre-authorised and refunded upon check out** You nearest bus stop is on Plumstead Road. Bus routes 96, 99, 122, 177, 180, 244, 380, 422, 469, 472 and N1 pass through this stop. These routes are operated by Selkent, Stagecoach London, Arriva London, London Central Bus Company and London General for London Buses on behalf of Transport for London. Your nearest train station is Woolwich Arsenal, which is walking distance of Royal Arsenal Riverside. Services from this station are run by Southeastern. Trains run approximately every 10 minutes to London Cannon Street, and every 30 minutes to Charing Cross. Dartford and Gillingham, as well as other destinations. Woolwich Arsenal is on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Services from this station run direct to Bank and Stratford International, as well as providing links to London Underground lines. The new Crossrail station called Elizabeth line, is due to open within the heart of Royal Arsenal Riverside in the near future. There is a secured gated parking at the property that require remote access and is available upon request (Please note that this parking is subject to a daily fee of £9.00 per day). Neighbours are mostly professionals and very friendly. The apartment is located at Royal arsenal riverside woolwich, the development has easy access to Canary wharf, the 02 Greenwich and also Central London in just 30minutes. There are loads of restaurants/bars on site and shops for food and drinks such as: Dial Arch, The Guardhouse, The Taproom SE18, Con Gusto. There are a number of small shops located in and around the centre of Woolwich. Alternatively, Greenwich Shopping Park has many brand names. Royal Arsenal Woolwich Farmers' Market is held every second and last Saturday of each month between 10.00am and 3.00pm on Major Draper Street. Blackheath Farmers' Market is held every Sunday between 10.00am and 2.00pm in Blackheath Station car park. Premier Inn Hotel is located on the development in case you have friends visiting. The Beefeater Grill is located within the Premier Inn Hotel and is Britain's best known steak restaurant group.
