For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gatherings in our apartments.

Guests are required to verify their identification before check-in.

Guests will receive an e-rental agreement which must be e-signed prior to arrival.

Please note, that a £250 security deposit is required before check-in information is released. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.

Checkout time is 10am.

Nice trip to London

We recently spent six days in London for our first trip as a family, and we had a wonderful experience. The apartment is very centrally located, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. A major advantage was the private parking space—an invaluable asset in a city where parking is often limited. While the apartment is situated at the corner of a busy intersection, the location’s accessibility more than made up for the occasional noise.Upon arrival, it took us a moment to get oriented, but the property manager was extremely helpful, responsive, and consistently available via WhatsApp, which we greatly appreciated. There are several supermarkets nearby, including a Tesco and a Co-op within walking distance. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop just around the corner, allowing quick connections to Central London.The apartment, though compact, felt surprisingly spacious and well laid out. It offered all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a modern bathroom, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed felt slightly small, especially with a 2-year-old sleeping with us, but this was a minor issue. All amenities, including heating and the washing machine, functioned perfectly. Access to the garage via a personal key card was particularly convenient and added to our overall peace of mind.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book this apartment again on a future visit to London.
