Property Details:
This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. There is a space that can be used as a living, dining or home office area. It is furnished with a sofa bed along with a double bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.
The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing and drying machine. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.
The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a queen size bed and superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point.
Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

Our experience at this Fitzrovia Flat was amazing! Clean, comfortable apartment that truly felt like our home for the week. We would definitely stay here again! Shops, restaurants, Tesco store and Tube station all within walking distance! Definitely recommend this rental if you are staying in the area for a visit.

Loved the neighborhood and location. The flat was bright, clean and to our surprise, came with a second bed. Since it’s two friends traveling together that was great. There was a coffee machine that took pods but didn’t come with any. Coming from the states and really needing a first cup before we could function, that was a challenge so be sure to pick some up if that’s important to you. Actually couldn’t have been happier with this place. Would without a doubt stay here again.

Muy buena ubicación con muchos lugares para comer cerca, cerca de varias estaciones de metro. El apartamento era lo suficientemente espacioso para 4 personas, limpio y bien equipado. Encontramos todo lo que necesitábamos allí. Nos proporcionaron toallas, la cocina tenía una cafetera y un hervidor. El check-in es conveniente en términos de llegada tardía, pudimos llegar después de la medianoche sin ningún problema. El anfitrión respondió rápidamente a mis preguntas por WhatsApp. El depósito por daños ya fue devuelto.

SCAM - Watch out, this is a scam!
This is a property manager outside of Vrbo. I paid the rental fee and followed the other procedures, including a large deposit and copies of the travel documents of all travelers' (passport and payment card (I had to ask to black out important numbers, etc.)). Looking at it after the experience, I should have known that was a red flag. I've learned that payments outside of the platform are really hard to get refunded (more on that below).
Then I never received the check-in instructions. I messaged at time of check-in. When no response, I called. The number listed for the owner/manager said it was not connected.
We went to the location given after booking, as we searched for the location, we discovered that the address was actually a Starbucks in London. (I learned to google the address as soon as I receive it.) We waited for 2+ hours waiting and trying to get in touch while at a nearby restaurant. We never heard from the owner/manager.
I called Vrbo and they were also unable to contact the owner/manager. Luckily, Vrbo took care of me and my family. They found us an emergency hotel and are covering the difference between my original booking and the last minute one that we had to make. I'm much happier with their procedures now!
The owner replied the next day and claimed to have sent the email. They are saying I was a no-show. I was there. They did not show. They will not refund, so now I am trying to get the money back from my credit card company.

Roomy central stay
Roomy London apartment with lots of natural light. Good transport links and easy walk to Regent’s Park and the British Museum. Kitchen was enough for our flying visit. Washing machine greatly appreciated as was the WiFi setup. It isn’t quite but it’s in a busy area. Great for our family.
