Great location.Some walls will eventually need repair and painting ( main bedroom and bathroom mainly).There should be a bed side table on each side of each bed. Just think of aging people who use a CPAP.Not possible to plug a hair dryer in the bathroom. Plan B is to plug it in the bedroom but no mirror?Some glasses would help in the kitchen.Everything else was very good. Dalton was very helpful.

This flat is located in a very convenient area. Just a block or so from the Tottenham Road Tube station which is on the Elizabeth line so transport from the airport is quick and easy. The flat is very close to many theaters and other tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants nearby. The location is on SoHo Square which can be quite lively at night but the bedrooms are in the back so it really wasn’t noisy. The air conditioner made it great otherwise leaving the windows open may have been quite loud. The flat isn’t exactly as described though. There isn’t a King size bed in the main bedroom as represented in the property description. It is a queen. That was a bit disappointing since that is one of the primary reasons I booked this property over others. The other bedroom appears to have a double bed. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Also, there is no clothes dryer only a washer but there is a large drying rack. I gave it 5 stars because overall the stay was great. I do think the description should be updated to reflect the accuracy of the property because it is misleading. There are a couple of things that would make the stay even better including a full length mirror in the bedroom, a king size bed in the main bedroom, and a TV in at least the main bedroom. A shade on the bathroom window would also be nice for privacy. The check in process was great. The communication was great. Overall, we had a great stay!

Location Location Location! You can’t beat this flat in the heart of SoHo. Stayed for 6 nights in August and the air conditioning was excellent. Very quiet flat with everything you need for a stay. Only downside was the bed in the primary bedroom is not a king size bed as listed. It’s a queen. Would stay here again and would recommend.

Great location and a 5 star stay! This property has everything you need for a fantastic time in London. You are within walking distance of so many sights and so close to the Tube for things a little farther away. The flat is spacious and modern, but also very comfortable and cozy. It also has real air conditioning which we greatly appreciates. There are restaurants and bars around the corner, but the Square is quiet and peaceful. Our family of four is already planning a return visit!

Great overall! Location… the good was being in the heart of the action. Grocery store and tube station around the corner with lots of restaurants and walking distance to many London attractions. Location… the bad busy park across the street with public urinal to accommodate the bars. The road was busy with delivery trucks in the morning but quiet at night. The apartment was clean with minimal provisions. The beds were actually a queen and a full size. Washer was handy but no dryer. We appreciated being allowed to check in early. We are 4 travelers- two older teens so the futon was a necessity.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!

We had a great experience in the apartment. Perfect location. Convenient for walking around the city and for accessing the entire city by Underground (nearby station). Very nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Soho Holiday

This is a nice property in a stellar location. The location was the property’s biggest asset. There were a few wrinkles, however. Communication with the property manager and the check-process could have been smoother. We did not actually find out about how to access the flat until we were about to leave for the airport. Finally, we heard from the agent—Dalton—and he was very helpful. The flat is not accurately represented in the VRBO listing. In the listing, there is a flat screen TV mounted on the wall in the master bedroom. There was no TV there when we arrived. The amenities list a dryer; there was no dryer in the flat. The amenities also list a toaster and a coffee maker. There was no toaster, though Dalton did provide one when we mentioned this omission. There was never a proper coffee maker, only a tiny espresso machine that did not work very well.Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Soho. These deficiencies were surprising, given the cost of renting the flat.

This apartment is in walking distance to so many things it is a great place to stay. The tube is close. Fun restaurants and pubs. And major attractions are a short walk or ride away. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a washer. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome location, and a great apartment

Apartment is on a lovely park that has great energy during the day and is quiet at night. It is on a block from the train and surrounded by pubs and great restaurants. The apartment was as advertised in the description and gave us a great space to unwind after some long days of touring.

Great location and simple check-in

Centrally located making it easy to walk to the Outernet, restaurants, Oxford Street, the Underground, etc. It's right on the Soho Square which gets fairly busy, but the bedrooms are further back in the place so we didn't hear the street noise when we were sleeping. The communication was great, and the host met us at the place early so that we could easily check-in and drop off our stuff. The only suggestion that I would make is for a bit of minor maintenance. There were quite a few light bulbs out so it was hard to see in the bathroom, and the electric kettle needs to be replaced because it immediately tripped the circuit breaker. Those comments aside I would definitely stay again.

Christmas in the city

The property and location were brilliant. You are right in the middle of everything, yet on a quieter street. Very spacious flat, the photos are truly accurate. Clean and open spaces to hang out in, big living area and having two larger bathrooms was really convenient. Tesco Express is right around the corner for groceries. Salvio was easy to reach if needed and very responsive. Our flight was delayed and he changed his schedule to meet us at the flat. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing and beautiful. Very luxurious and I can't even say enough great things about the location. You are right in the heart of London. 3 quick blocks from the 7 dials and next to Oxford Street, but when in the apartment, you don't feel like you are surrounded by all that. You feel as if you are in the tranquil part of time. It's the best of both worlds. Lots of amazing restaurants and pubs right outside your door just a little block away. Lots to do and see. The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and very spacious. Love that it has its private entrance and is on the ground floor. My family and I plan on returning and staying here again. This is our first choice to stay at.
