Perfect place in great location

We spent a week in this flat with our 2 sons and their girlfriends. The location is beautiful and just steps from the tube which made it so easy to explore the city. The flat is lovely and the kitchen has everything (including a nesspresso and several coffee presses - very important for coffee lovers!). The canals of little Venice are just a couple blocks away and a lovely stroll along the canals to Paddington station. There is a small grocery a few blocks away and a couple of little stores right on the block. The Prince Alfred pub is right outside the door and a great place for a pint after a long day of exploring.The flat’s layout was nice for three couples and the outside patio is adorable, looking over a lovely park. I would highly recommend this rental and will try to get it again for myself if we come back to London.

Great property for family

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious property for a family of 5 with lots of natural light. Photos really convey the property well. Excellent location, very nice neighborhood and close to the Warwick Ave. tube station. It worked well for a family with three kids, ages 13-18. For improvement: the communication with the management office was a little confusing and duplicative (multiple, similar emails and calls from different people), and it was disappointing not to know that we wouldn't have access to the beautiful outdoor space/private park.

Great flat and excellent location

This flat was perfect for our group of five. Location is great, just a 3 min walk to Warwick tube stop gets you pretty much anywhere in London with relative ease. Neighborhood is really nice with great restaurants (we recommend Red Pepper) and pubs within a short walk. Balcony overlooking private park was a little tight, but nice to have outdoor space. Overall a great flat and excellent location.

Nice apartment but needs to change the cleaning team

We stayed in this apartment before and it was impeccable. Comfortable, large with a terrace giving on a wonderful garden, well equipped and managed by a very efficient team. But this time, the cleanliness of the apartment was far to be what it used to be. A lot of dust, floors were dirty and there was a funny smell. Otherwise our stay would have been perfect!

Superb property

We thought everything about this property was outstanding. It is a couple of steps from a small shopping area and five minutes walk up the Clifton Road to Boots, Sainsbury Express, etc. Three minutes walk to Warwick Tube (Bakerloo Line). Neighborhood is quiet. Nice restaurants in area both on high streets and by taking right out of building and walking to roundabout. Property itself is superbly appointed. We would stay again and look forward to returning.

Wow

We love London and Paddington and this flat in particular turned out to be the perfect temporary home for us. As advertised, it was clean, the Veeve staff are all very responsive, and the flat has all the accoutrements you could want for a longer stay like ours. We can’t say enough for the living space or for the neighborhood. Easy access to the underground, too. Warwick station is a short walk away.

Great location

Our family of 6 (2 parents and 4 teens) enjoyed this apartment. The location is great--very close to two subway stations and with some cute shops and restaurants literally around the corner. We had to use the sofa bed to accommodate us all, but it worked out fine. I'm sure the patio overlooking the park is a great place to sit and eat in the summer, but it was a little too cold and rainy for us on this winter trip. We would stay here again.

GREAT London flat!

Amazing Property!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property! The location is perfect! It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and only a few min walk to the nearest tube station and a short ride to Central London all the sights. The only downside is that the key pick up and drop off is not done using a lockbox but a local business that’s about a 10 min walk from the property. Would still definitely stay here again!

Super clean and great location

The flat was super clean. The tube station was just a block away and provided quick access to central London. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Nice, quiet, comfortable place, close to the Tube.

We enjoyed it here. The neighborhood was pleasant, and only a short walk to the Tube and grocery store. We even walked to Abbey Road Studios, which was about 5 blocks! It was upstairs, but there is a lift. Bathrooms were very nice, and this flat had everything we needed. I would stay there again!

Great flat!

We loved our week in London in this flat. It is spacious and well stocked. The balcony is very nice. The neighborhood is very residential, and has great pubs and stores nearby. There is a tube station a couple of blocks away.

Great location and accomodation

Wonderful flat that our family of 5 stayed in while visiting London from the U.S. Balcony overlooking a private park and literally around the corner from several restaurants, coffee shops and the Warwick Ave underground station. Place was very well maintained, everything worked great with very modern appliances and decor. Easy check-in and check-out process. One call-out, other than the Master Bedroom, the beds are really "double" sized beds in the second bedroom and family room (pull-out couch).
