Enjoy staying in the heart of London’s King's Cross area with this Standard 1-bedroom, 35 square meters apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building WITHOUT an elevator. Self check-in starting from 3:00PM by picking up keys at a nearby shop. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. Refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.

Property Details:

This 35-sqm apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and dining table and chairs and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, stove, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available.



The bedroom is street-facing and furnished with a double bed and a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay.



Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



Important Information and Policies

- Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy.

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. The host reserves the right to decline a late check-in if the guest does not meet all the check-in requirements.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.

- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

- Strictly NON-smoking.

- Pets NOT allowed

- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 3 people.

- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.

- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

King's Cross is very well-connected area known for King's Cross Station, am impressive 19th century building, that connects London to the North. It is a centre of inspiration for architecture lovers and Harry Potter's fans. One of the best neighbourhoods for foodies in the city is Clerkenwell, a few steps from King's Cross, it offers an ultra-fashionable lifestyle in the very heart of Central London. Clerkenwell, once known as "Little Italy", is a home for various historic pubs, bars, Michelin starred restaurants and food markets. Mentioned in Shakespeare’s sonnets and popping up in some of the greatest works by Charles Dickens, the area is also a heart of creativity for theatre and design. With its close proximity to the London Underground station Mornington Crescent (Northern line), Euston (Northern & Victoria lines), you can easily access the other areas of London, including Mayfair and Hyde Park, Kensington Palace and Gardens, Harrods department store, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace and the Changing of the Guard, the London Eye, the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square or Saint Paul’s Cathedral. These stations also create easy links to reach London’s Heathrow, Gatwick or Luton Airports.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provided for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

We honestly had a good stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk from popular attractions like the British Museum and Camden Market. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was excellent, providing clear check-in instructions and even offering guidance on how to use the appliances. The neighbourhood is lively and safe, with lots of places to eat, drink, and explore within walking distance, it is very walkable and well-connected, with the tube station nearby, making it easy to explore the rest of London. It was safe and vibrant, yet not too noisy, which was a big plus for us.

Unsafe and Disappointing Stay — Multiple Access and Safety IssuesCheck-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but I could not access the unit until nearly 6:00 PM. When I arrived, two unknown men were inside with luggage, and the room received only a surface-level cleaning. Basic supplies were inadequate, so I had to purchase necessities myself.During the stay, there were repeated and serious safety issues. One night, the front door key failed, leaving me locked out until a neighbor helped. On Christmas Eve, the unit door would not open, leaving me trapped inside for three hours. Despite repeatedly reporting the problem, no one came to assist. When I finally got out, the door could not be relocked, and I did not feel safe staying, so I left early and did not stay the final night.After communicating these issues, management refused any compensation, except for up to 15 for supplies I purchased. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. Guest access, safety, and basic preparedness were repeatedly ignored.

Probleme, Vorsicht wenn mit Kindern unterwegs!

Winzige Wohnung, Bilder täuschen. Hatten ein Kinderbett mit Extrakosten dazugebucht. Es war aber nicht da und keine Person kümmerte sich.Erst am 2.Tag wurden wir aufgefordert im Lager die Schränke zu durchsuchen, dort war ein bisher unberührtes Klappreisebett ohne Bettzeug, das aber nicht funktionierte und nicht benutzt werden konnte. Toilettenpapier sollten wir selbst kaufen, es wird angeblich erstattet. Keine TelNr. nur ein Chat, wo man beschwichtigend gesagt bekommt, dass alle Probleme sofort betreut werden.Vermutlich ist der Chat ist eine automatisierte KI Funktion.
