Casa de campo con encanto

Encantadora, moderna, limpia y fresca, tranquila casa de dos habitaciones de una sola planta construida alrededor de 1840 situada en el borde del bosque de Epping y al lado de un área de juegos para niños segura. Menos de un minuto de camino en la otra dirección te lleva a Queens Road, que tiene el pintoresco pueblo con una gran variedad de cafés, restaurantes y boutiques, junto con Waitrose y Costa Coffee. La estación de Buckhurst Hill (zona central de la línea 5) se encuentra a menos de 5 minutos a pie y te llevará al centro de Londres en 20 minutos.
La cocina moderna con superficies de granito está muy bien equipada con todo lo que necesita, junto con una nevera / congelador y lavavajillas integrados. También hay una lavadora y un microondas para su uso.
El dormitorio principal (cama king size) tiene hermosas puertas francesas que te llevan al patio revestido de hiedra con barbacoa Weber.
El segundo dormitorio tiene dos cómodas camas individuales.
El baño familiar tiene un baño y una ducha grande separada para disfrutar.
El estacionamiento fuera de la propiedad solo es para residentes, por lo que siempre hay mucho espacio y se le proporcionará un permiso de estacionamiento para visitantes si necesita uno.

Absolutely fantastic little cottage that was spotless inside. Walkable to the tube with easy access into London on the Central Line. Would highly recommend!!

As part of a trip to Europe, our family wanted to stop for a few days in the London area to visit family before heading home to the US. We booked this lovely cottage and we had a wonderful experience. The cottage is so well decorated and cozy. Kirsty stocked the cottage with everything we could need, and it was within walking distance to anything we needed, including the train. Kirsty was such a pleasure to work with. Her instructions on how everything works was very comprehensive. She was always quick to respond with helpful suggestions. I told her the trip was to celebrate our Anniversary and she even left us a surprise. I am so grateful we found her beautiful house and the next time we are in the area, I hope it is available. 5 stars across the board!

Just had a few days here so we could get into London easily. We recieved excellent instructions to gain entry, which perfectly explained everything. The property itself was clean and fresh and could not be more welcoming. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the tube station, and had parking right outside the front door. Overall we loved the property and would have been happy living there a lot longer than the days we booked! If we could give more than 5 stars we would. The hosts are not only a credit to the property but to the whole short term letting system. 100% will stay here again

The cottage is in an excellant location, well equipped and very well maintained. Kirsty's weclcome was warm and generous - nothing was too much trouble. It is ideally located with easy access to central London or walks in the forest. The proximity of shops is a bonus.

Tres bonne location avec tout ce qu'il faut située dans une ville hors de londres au calme, tres appréciable apres une journée au milieu de l'agitation londonnienne.tous les commerces et restaurants nécessaires pour satisfaire un maximum de personnes Enfin super location et propriétaire charmante qui nous a attendu jusqu'à 21h30 le jour de notre arrivée Vraiment merci beaucoup Kirsty 😀😀😀😀😀

Three of us recently stayed at this adorable little cottage in Buckhurst Hill. The home was clean, well equipped with amenities, it smelled amazing, and we couldn't ask for anything more. Buckhurst Hill is outside the city of London but a very easy trip on the tube to get into central London. The tube station is a short walk from the cottage. There is a park behind the cottage and a great restaurant/bar literally feet from your doorstep. There is also a market for groceries very close by. After a long flight from New York to London, Kirsty the owner, kept in great contact with us to arrange our arrival. She is a lovely woman and I hope we remain in touch. London was a stop on this trip as part of my 40th birthday and Kirsty went over the top to remember that bit of information only given to her at the beginning of our communication. Definitely the best host I've had the pleasure of meeting this far. If you are looking to visit London but want to get away from the hustle & bustle I highly recommend this home. If we ever come back to the UK, I would stay here again no question.

Made to feel really welcome by the owner Kirsty on arrival. The cottage had a cosy friendly feel and was immaculate with all modern amenities and the back courtyard was lovely. It was an ideal location, close to a lovely pub with excellent food and welcoming to children. Lovely shops and high street 2 minutes away and 5 minutes to the tube station. We loved our stay and our daughter is counting down the days for our return. Thanks to Kirsty and Tom for a great experience.

WOW WOW WOW! from receiving the keys, to looking around to spending the weekend just wonderful, I can honestly say i could not have asked for more. Just a Beautiful warm lovely Cottage Dont know why i had never booked a home from home before now. I fully intend to go back to this Cottage over and over again, my 2 children were more than catered for. 10 OUT OF 10 ???No........more like 100 out of 10 Very happy.

The cottage was bigger than I expected. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. In a great location just a tube ride to London attractions. Kirsty was very welcoming and helpful all the way through our stay.

The cottage is really very beautiful and cozy. And it is very nicely decorated. It has everything what is needed. The beds, pillows and duvets are perfect. Very comfortable. Highly recommended. Unfortunately we couldn't take the cottage with us. :-) The only missing thing is a hand shower. Showering would be much easier. Kirsty, thank you very much for late check out. We appreciate it very much!

Lovely cottage with excellent facilities. Beautiful nature walk and park on your doorstop. Ideal 10min walk to train station. Owner was very helpful and had good communication.

Very nice cottage near London. The house was easy reachable by London Underground Central Line. The house was nicely furnished and kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed our short stay at the cottage. Kirsty was very helpful, also during the booking process.

Beautiful cottage near London. The house is tastefully furnished and nothing is missing, the kitchen is well equipped. Home suitable for couples and families in a quiet and well connected area to the city. Beside the house there is a playground and a forest, close to the center of Buckhurst with a supermarket and all you need for a pleasant holiday. Kirsty was also very kind and helpful.

Ideal location offering easy access to London via the underground and Epping Forest whilst also offering ample local services e.g restaurants/pubs, coffee shops and supermarket. The property sits just down from a local family orientated pub which we found to be very friendly and provided good quality food. Surprisingly,we were unaware of any noise or associated activities following closing time. The property is exactly as described on line: cosy with modern furnishings and is well equipped, clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this property and look to revisit in the future. The owner is very friendly and thoughtfully provided provisions which we had not expected but greatly appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
