You can explore the local culinary scene with a variety of options, from the Japanese delights at Okko and Koya to the Belgian brews at The Dove Pub. Although there are plenty of bus stops around the property, Cambridge Heath station is the nearest transport link for the train, offering easy access to the rest of London on the Overground Line. Slightly further but still within walking distance is Bethnal Green station, which is on the Central line, connecting you effortlessly to other key areas of the city. Whether you’re heading to Shoreditch, only 20 minute walk (or a few stops on the bus!) for its trendy hotels, clubs, and fashion stores, or exploring the bustling Central London, getting around is convenient and straightforward.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..
