The flat sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. It has one bathroom with a bath and shower, and is located on the second and third floors of the building with stairs access only. Spread across two floors with internal stairs, the home offers an elevated position, a spacious split-level feel and wonderful natural light throughout.

Brook Green is a fantastic base for exploring West London, offering a charming neighbourhood feel while sitting close to Kensington Olympia, Holland Park and Shepherd’s Bush. Olympia London is nearby and has recently undergone a major transformation, bringing an exciting new mix of events, entertainment, dining and culture to the area. Guests can enjoy its new rooftop Canopy, home to restaurants and bars including Bar Arriba, Lillie’s and Wolves of Tokyo, making it a brilliant local option for drinks or dinner close to home.

Notting Hill is also within walking distance, known for its colourful streets, boutiques, cafés and famous market charm, while Westfield London shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush offers an excellent choice of shops, restaurants, entertainment and cinema. Kensington Olympia Station offers London Overground and Southern rail services, as well as a limited District line service on selected days. Shepherd’s Bush provides access to the Central line, London Overground and nearby Westfield London, while West Kensington offers the District line. Hammersmith is also within easy reach, with Piccadilly, District, Circle and Hammersmith & City line connections, making travel across London simple for work, sightseeing, shopping or evenings out.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
