This eighth-floor apartment offers a practical two-bedroom, two-bathroom stay in the heart of Belgravia. With a private balcony providing far-reaching views, bright interiors, and a central location close to Victoria and Sloane Square, it is a convenient base for exploring London.

• Living Area: Open-plan lounge with sofa, dining table, and direct access to the balcony. Large windows create a light-filled setting.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine, with essentials for home cooking.
• Bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, each with a standard bed and storage.
• Bathrooms: Two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, the other with a shower over the bathtub.
• Outdoor Space: Private balcony with elevated views over Belgravia and the surrounding city.

Things to be aware of (reflected in the price):

• The property does not have Wi-Fi or a TV.
• There is some general wear and tear, as the home is due for refurbishment in 2026.
• This apartment is presented as a straightforward rental with the essentials for day-to-day living. It offers a functional set-up rather than luxury finishes, but is fully equipped with the core amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
• From mid November until end of January there will be demolition works taking place on an adjacent building. The works will be happening from Monday to Friday within working hours. The works will be at the rear of the building and not facing the living area or bedrooms.

Belgravia is one of London’s most elegant and well-connected neighbourhoods, known for its garden squares, refined architecture, and mix of independent shops and restaurants. From the apartment, you are within a 10-minute walk of both Sloane Square and Victoria, giving you access to boutiques on King’s Road, the Saatchi Gallery, and an excellent choice of cafés and dining spots.

Nearby you will also find attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Royal Parks of Green Park and St James’s Park, and the theatres of Victoria. Slightly further afield, Knightsbridge and the world-famous Harrods department store can be reached in just over a mile, making this a central base for exploring many of London’s highlights.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of London, with several stations nearby:

• Victoria Station (National Rail, Underground and Gatwick Express) – approx. 0.4 miles / 8-minute walk

• Sloane Square Underground Station (District and Circle lines) – approx. 0.5 miles / 10-minute walk

• London Buses operate frequently along Ebury Street and the nearby main roads, connecting to wider central London.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards..

Forfeited my full payment to avoid staying due to filth

Process for obtaining access to was difficult and cost ~ $30 US extra taxi fare to get key. Had permission to leave our luggage early but when we arrived no cleaning had been done and the place was extremely filthy and in disorder (food crumbs on counters, floor and sofa, dirty diapers, hairs, trash etc.), The cleaning lady said she had 2 hours to clean. We were concerned that it could not be cleaned adequately for us to stay that night. We had four nights booked. My wife and granddaughter were concerned about the filth that we couldn’t see. We had been traveling for 2 weeks and just wanted to enjoy London without worries so we cancelled and moved to a nearby hotel. In summary we were much more sensitive to cleanliness than the previous tenant and apartment management. We didn’t request a refund and management stated that they would not give one. However I believe we deserved some consideration, but we are just happy we kept this experience from ruining a great trip.
