After reading the negative reviews were were scared. But we were wonderfully surprised. They replied to our email asking for a room with life access. We arrived after 9 PM. Figo was at the reception. What a friendly, charming, professional receptionist! Our room was 233. A spotless room with a spotless, spacious bathroom. The room was small but we knew that plus we travel with very small luggage. The only reason I am giving 4 star instead of 5 is the absence of wifi after 10PM every single day. We stayed 3 nights. The problem is the owner/management. Because of their excellent location and relatively low price they know they can get away with almost anything. The receptionist Omar should be rained to be like Figo and the management should listen to the customers. Do NOT toast the bread beforehand, make internet accessible even when a lot of people sign on. Not very difficult things to do but they need to listen to the customers.
