This was a great overall stay during our trip to London. The hosts were very attentive. Early and Late check in is quite expensive, but we were traveling with elderly guests that would have had trouble with a luggage service. The location is great, but the area is pretty loud all night long, which is weird since it seemed to be a pretty slow and quiet overall location. However, the windows are single pane, and there are workers, deliveries and trash trucks seemingly operating all night. We also live in a large city back home, so noting this complication did not seem to be a country mouse/city mouse issue. There are quite a few steps in the home, and the layout is a tad strange (4 levels, but 2 of the 2.5 bathrooms on the top level), but the bathrooms and kitchen were large. Easy to walk to access to the tube, and cute restaurants nearby.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room, comfortable beds, nice outdoor space, and a great kitchen! Having a washer dryer was so nice after traveling a week before getting to London! The location with shops and restaurants right outside your door was fabulous! Highly recommend this wonderful flat!

Could not be a better location for a larger group

Finding a place for a larger group (7 in our case) in London can be challenging. Finding one in a great location that's large, clean, and has everything you need I thought was impossible. Did we ever find a gem!This place is extremely convenient for getting all over London. Pubs and restaurants around are fantastic. Check in is as simple as I've ever had, and communication with the host was beyond expectations. We got lucky and hit a very warm spell during our early May trip and they setup air conditioning for us quickly. Our group could not be happier, thank you so much!

Pity about the incovenience

Our stay in London was unfortunately not a pleasant experience, despite the house meeting our expectations in some aspects. The location was convenient, and the kitchen was well-equipped (although the extractor fan didn’t seem to work, causing the smoke alarm to go off while cooking just two slices of bacon for breakfast). The major issues, however, were the lack of hot water and heating during our 2 nights stay. On the first day, the boiler broke down, leaving us without hot water and unable to shower. The following day, the heating failed entirely, forcing us to rely on portable heaters at night. Being without these basic necessities in December is a significant discomfort, and it falls far below the minimum standards expected, especially given the cost of the accommodation. What made the situation worse was how the hosts handled it. While we appreciated their responsiveness, the solutions provided were ineffective, and the attitude of minimizing the inconvenience was disappointing.

Justin was an excellent host, all instructions clear and simple and he frequently checked in to see all was well. The property was exactly as listed & a terrific location bring central to all that we were there to see. Would def recommend & I’d for sure stay again when I return.

Royals Tour and a Broadway Play

One week stay to see the castles and caught a West End show. I brought the family to London for a week and would have hired 4 hotel rooms. We found this place and LOVED it. Great location. Good food close by. Easy access to transportation. Highly recommend for a group of any size.

Perfect for a family trip

Justin was very easy to communicate with and the house was perfectly located with lovely restaurants in the area and easy to walk to many areas. The A/C's were needed, and were the plug in freestanding ones. Very comfortable stay.

Everything you could want!

Can’t say enough great things about this apartment. Perfect location with everything you could want right outside your door. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and even adapters in every room. The primary bedroom on the top floor had a mini fridge and microwave. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay magical. Dont hesitate to book!
