Tucked away in the heart of Lambeth’s vibrant Kennington, this stylish ground-floor apartment situated in a converted Grade II listed school offers a bright, modern escape with a private patio, perfect for both short city breaks and longer stays. Combining mid-century charm with contemporary touches, it’s an inviting space for relaxing, dining, and exploring central London with ease.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two beautifully appointed bedrooms – one with a luxurious king-sized bed and the other with a comfortable double bed. The sleek bathroom features a full-sized bath with shower over, ideal for unwinding after a busy day in the city.

The light-filled open-plan living and dining area is designed for comfort and style, with double aspect floor-to-ceiling windows leading directly to a spacious private NW facing patio. Rich wooden furniture, sleek armchairs, and vibrant accents create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A flat-screen TV is perfectly positioned for cosy movie nights, while the large dining table makes hosting dinners effortless. We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
