➞ The entire home is yours to enjoy. You won't be sharing with any other guests.

- Access to the flat is via a shared entrance with one other flat. My flat is on 1st floor and guests will have the entire flat to themselves.

- The rooftop space outside the 1st floor bedroom is not accessible owing to legal and health and safety restrictions. The door must be kept shut and locked at all times.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is 11am.

DURING YOUR STAY

*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge.

*No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
Please look after my lovely flat as if it is your own as I have designed it with a lot of care and attention.

Please be considerate in the late evening as this is a residential area and I live on the ground floor. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. If you require check in/out outside standard times please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you subject to other guest checkin/out.

No parties will be tolerated.

Please turn off all lights and lock all the doors when you leave.

The property was a good base for getting into central London. The property itself is in need of some TLC as there were several broken fittings around the house. However, the house is well stocked with everything you would need so that makes up for the small aesthetic issues around the place.

We had an awesome stay at the cute English houseThe house was clean og neat and close to a underground station Lots of places to buy food (take away) especially if you like the eastern food choices Close to the biggest mall we have ever been in - a shopping heaven for the family The only thing I missed was a blanket when sitting on the couch in the evening after a day of walkingJust loved it

My family and I booked this spot for our 12 day stay in London. We chose the area for the proximity to the tube, it is about a 5 minute walk away without luggage, just under 10 with luggage. This apartment comes with a handful of quirks that we learned by the time that we left, examples being: the hallway and just one of the toilet lights are automatic, the cutting board is a metal plate in the kitchen, and lots of stairs. We did end up running out of toilet paper during our visit, and Steve was very responsive to our messages and reimbursed us to purchase some. The apartment is very clean, free of bugs, warm (we were here in January), and exactly what we needed. If I had to have a complaint, the pillows are very flat and can make sleeping quite uncomfortable if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you for the stay, Steve!
