Hi there! Welcome to our lovely 3-bedroom duplex right in the heart of Shoreditch, one of London’s most vibrant neighborhoods. We’re thrilled to have you and can’t wait for you to experience everything this dynamic area has to offer.

Whether it’s a hearty breakfast or a quiet dinner, we’ve got you covered. And for a little fresh air, the private balcony is a great spot to unwind with your morning coffee or an evening drink.

We want you to feel completely at ease here, and the three bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind. Each one has a double bed, bedside tables with soft lighting, and plenty of storage for your belongings. Two of the rooms even have desks, perfect if you need to catch up on work or just map out your next adventure.

The two bathrooms mean there’s no need to wait around in the morning. One features a bath/shower combo, while the other includes a washer to make longer stays even easier.

Shoreditch is buzzing with life, and you’re right in the middle of it all! Take a short 15-minute stroll to explore the street art and markets of Brick Lane, grab a bite at the trendy eateries of Boxpark, or soak in the charm of Columbia Road Flower Market on Sundays. Hoxton Square has a great mix of bars and restaurants, and there’s always something exciting to discover around every corner. For any essentials, Tesco Express is just a few minutes away.

You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

The essential, but less exciting parts!:

Check-in/ check-out:

Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.

Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.

A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.

Parking:
There is no space parking with the property. The are many cost efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:

With the two suggested below residents in the neighbourhood advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks

PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition with the use of the car.

Family facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. It is £40 for the rental, drop off and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be £45 in total.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.

Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.

Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item, plus shipping costs.

Linen Policy for Extended Stays
For stays over 21 nights, our professional linen service requires a refresh every 21 days.
You can choose between:
Fresh Linen Supply – A new set of bed linen and towels delivered, with used ones collected.
Linen Rehire – Keep the current set, which will be collected for cleaning after departure.
Both options are available at the same cost.

Property Management Services:

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
