DURING YOUR STAY
*Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
*Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
*The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
*The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a local shop a few minutes walk away.
*Please respect my lovely neighbours who have families and refrain from excessive noise or music at antisocial hours.
*Filming inquiries can be accepted at £650 per night min stay of 2 nights.
*24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
Directly opposite the property parking regulations are enforced within Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) during specific hours, typically between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30 am to 1:30 pm on Saturdays. During these times parking is paid for, outside of these it is free to park.
For weekend guests, it is worth noting that in the De Beauvoir Square area (N1) 150m south-west of the building, parking restrictions are more relaxed and typically involve controlled parking zones (CPZs) with pay-and-display bays, and restrictions are usually in place between 8:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday so it is free to park all weekend.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
