    INDOOR DESCRIPTION

    The private entrance leads to an internal courtyard with green areas and covered parking for up to two cars. A few steps guide you to the main entrance, where a welcoming living room opens with wooden ceilings, TV area and large windows framing the breathtaking view of Tavolara. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and all essentials for home-cooked meals.

    The villa is arranged on one single floor and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: — 2 double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; — 1 twin bedroom (beds can be joined); — 1 additional bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and furnished in a warm Mediterranean style.



    OUTDOOR SPACES

    The outdoors are one of the highlights of this property. The magnificent infinity pool with hydromassage (4 seats) overlooks the bay and is perfect for relaxing moments at any time of day. The spacious covered veranda with dining table and lounge area is ideal for breakfast with a view or dinner at sunset. A second shaded veranda, a manicured garden and peaceful outdoor corners complete the setting—perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and privacy.

    The location is excellent for exploring Sardinia’s natural treasures. Porto San Paolo is only 1 km away, while Olbia Airport and the city centre are 10 km from the villa. Nearby beaches include Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, as well as the stunning coves of Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, Coda Cavallo and Cala Suaraccia. San Teodoro and the long sandy beach of La Cinta are just 7 km away.

Absolutely fantastic location

Absolutely fantastic location the view is absolutely stunning. The home is beautiful and cozy and the pool is magnificent. A plus the kitchen stocked with all utensils needed to cook! If you’re looking for a place to book, I say you’ve found the right place!

Einzige Verbesserungen sind: a) Weingläser (aus Glas) wären zu begrüssen, b) eine Klimaanlage würde die grosse Hitze im Haus, v.a. abends, reduzieren, c) Sonnenschirme (Pool und Essbereich) fehlen und d) die Betten sind für grosse Leute (> 1.80m) zu kurz.

Magnificent!

Magnificent! Villa Kiki is like a dream. You never get tired of the splendid view of island Tavolara. The garden is so well maintained and the swimming pool is perfect for a lazy day to stay in. Alessio always responds to our message instantly, we had small issues and he arranged the maintenance team straightaway. Super efficient. Will for sure come back to this villa again.

Family vacation in Sardegna

The villa is located in a very quiet place with a magnificent view on the sea and Tavalora Island. Looking at the sunrise is a pleasure for the eyes. Beaches are at a few minutes by car and Olbia is near as well for shopping. The surrounding of the villa is beautiful with the very nice swimming pool, two terraces and garden. The villa itself is well equipped and tastefully decorated with also enough space for a large family. Finally the service from Klodge is top notch, thank you Alessio! Overall Villa Kiki with Klodge is highly recommended, you're sure to spend nice holidays there :-)

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer und super Restaurants in der nähe. So wie auch Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die komunikation mit dem Mietunternehmen hat für mich nicht immer gepasst. Doch schlussendlich ging alles recht gut. Dear Lea, thank you so much for your valuable feedback. Lovely traditional Sardinian villa with amazing view and large pool

The tastefully and individually furnished villa is situated in a very private, spacious garden on top of Monte Contros with an amazing view of the surrounding area including Isla Tavolara. We loved having breakfast on the terrace in front of the villa, and dinner on the second terrace on the other side - both with fantastic views, and one of them was always in the shade. Villa Kiki has a large pool with comfortable loungers, and is very well suited for holidays with kids if they can swim. Situated close to the nice small town Porto San Paolo - 5 mins drive, and 10 mins to several beautiful beaches. Good, reliable WLAN connection. Very good service from Klodge team, super fast response time. Many thanks to Alessio. We would strongly recommend Villa Kiki and would love to come back. No aircon, but we did not miss it as there was always a fresh breeze going across the hill. No parasol, but most of the time there was shade somewhere around the pool. The kitchen equipment was a bit dated.
