"I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments. "It’s very good location nice breakfast it’s amazing. Parking is little bit difficult coz I did not know I need to pre book it’s only one day and next day was good . I like to see view from my hotel room . I will recommend 5 star rate "

"It was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile. Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50. All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms."

"Limited parking but you can park overnight on a nearby street with parking for 90 minutes between 9:00 and 17:00. But leave before 10:30! Restaurant is expensive but the quality is good and the staff excellent."
