This very quiet and comfortable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, and a cozy storage closet.
The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities and facilities to ensure guests’ comfort. It features high-speed, unlimited Internet access, independent heating, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a large smart TV (connected to Netflix), a fan, a hair dryer, and more. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet; you can walk around alone without any problems, both day and night; there are many shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, a pharmacy, restaurants, and bars nearby to suit all tastes and needs, making your stay special.
The location is ideal for enjoying the sea in both summer and winter. About 250 meters from the apartment, the seaside promenade begins—accessible on foot or by bike via a dedicated bike path—perfect for wonderful sunset strolls! There are also public parks and beach resorts just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CONNECTIONS
Theapartment is also well-served by public transportation to the train station, from which trains depart for Pisa’s Galilei International Airport (20 minutes), Lucca (40 min.), Florence (1 hour and 20 min.), Volterra (1 hour and a half), San Gimignano (1 hour and a half), and Siena (2 hours).

Furthermore, Tuscany—and the province of Livorno in particular—boasts a rich culinary heritage. Consider, for example, the local delicacies: cheeses, cured meats, and traditional dishes, not to mention excellent wines such as Sassicaia.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We’re in one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods, Borgo! The apartment is located in a building on the waterfront, near the “fossi”—Livorno’s characteristic canals—and just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Cavour, the heart of the city. There are plenty of shopping and dining options.

PARKING
You can arrange to use a private covered parking space located a 4-minute walk from the apartment. In the streets adjacent to the apartment, paid parking is available from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., while free parking is available from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Livorno’s main attractions are within easy walking distance of the apartment, including: the beautiful waterfront, the Terrazza Mascagni, the aquarium, the Baracchina Bianca, the Natural Science Museum, the Fattori Museum, Modigliani’s house, the Goldoni Theater, and the La Venezia neighborhood. A two-minute walk away, in Piazza Cavour—the heart of the city—are the stops for the main buses that go to the train station, etc.
The apartment is located less than one kilometer from the ferry terminal for Corsica, Sicily, Sardinia, and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago (Elba, Capraia, Gorgona).
