Best Value with amazing views close to town!

You'll love the feel of this beautiful Stucco home with soaring ceilings and large exposed wooden beams. The interior has a real Montana feel. The walls, finished by local artisans with a special kind of plaster in soft, warm tones, impart a sense of coziness.

The open plan of the living, dining and kitchen areas are great for gathering your group together while the bedrooms offer plenty of privacy. There are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, one bedroom on the second floor. The loft which can be used for a child's play area, reading, watching TV is equipped with 3 small sleeper chairs.

This home is fully furnished and available all year.

Highly recommended

We came back to Livingston for a vow renewal and rented from Angie for the space and peacefulness her home offers. It certainly did not disappoint!! She has thought of everything to make your stay easy, comfortable and enjoyable. The house was roomy and very comfy. Outdoor fire pit, horseshoe pit, outdoor dining table and an amazing view (all inside a HUGE fenced yard)to keep my pup safe.

Communication with the owner was thorough and prompt. Gaining access to the house and leaving at the end of our stay were easy. The house is well equipped for cooking in, and the view is unbeatable. Thank you!

Family is everything

We chose to stay at the Rennells house because it offered a welcoming and inviting place to stay while visiting family who live in Livingston. We had 3 generations enjoying the comforts of the house. We had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. Our stay was short, but it was filled with laughter, games, family meals, and adventures exploring Livingston and the local area. Each night offered a breathtaking views of the evening sky and each morning we enjoyed mesmerizing sun rises. We consider the Rennells house our home away from home.

Wonderful stay!

We should have known that it was going to be a special stay from previous reviews, but wow! First of all, not house-related, Livingston is adorable and it’s very close to Bozeman and all of our activities, including Yellowstone! The house/property was so very clean - we’re very sensitive to this so we were happy! It is stocked like nothing I’ve seen and Angie is incredibly helpful and responsive and available - though all was perfect and easy and we didn’t need to connect. Towels, blankets, kitchen supplies, French press for our coffee grounds we happened to pack - just perfect.

Everything was FANTASTIC

Views, FANTASTIC! House, FANTASTIC! Location, FANTASTIC!, Angie, FANTASTIC! This house was even more than we expected, Angie and her family put a lot of thought into what you make a dream vacation home and they succeeded. Loved all the rustic wood in the house. Fantastic views of snowcapped mountains from the big deck, very quiet neighborhood. House is 5 minutes from Livingston making the golf course, the restaurants and the stores easy to get to. Food in town was great. If we had a question Angie was very prompt in her response. We loved this place so much we are thinking about going back next year because there was so much we did not see or do that was available. I do not have enough adjectives to describe how FANTASTIC this property is!

Livingston Tranquility

We had a fantastic stay here. I did not want the go home. From booking/check in to check out the process was clear and communication was timely. The house is terrific. It is extremely clean, well stocked, and the views are wonderful. The location is perfect as it close to everything in the area, but the home is so inviting and the views so great your may want to stay home and enjoy. I highly recommend staying here when you are in the area. We will certainly return.

Best house ever

Best VRBO we’ve ever been in and we have been in a lot! Very well stocked, clean and super backyard for dogs if traveling with them. Great location that’s close to everything and Angie is a great host by checking with you before, during snd at the end of your stay. We’ve stayed here twice and if the need arises, we hope it’s open again for it’s our first pick!!

Great House in Livingston

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to town. The layout/flow of the house was great - such a comfortable place. Amazing views of the mountains, fire pit, fun yard games. A great place for a family.

Absolutely perfect

This house was amazing and our host was so accommodating and wonderful!! The house is so well stocked with everything you’d need to make your stay perfect! The backyard was amazing for the pups. The wood stove made the house cozy and that scenery!!!! It was an absolute perfect place to stay while in Livingston. Highly recommend this one!

Terrific house, great host

We had a wonderful stay at Angie's place. The house is located in a private development about 7 minutes from downtown Livingston. The property itself is large, and it has spectacular views of the Absaroka's from the back deck. It is very quiet and well-equipped, with four nice bedrooms, plus a foldout in the loft. Perfect for families. Angie is one of the best hosts we've ever encountered - very nice, communicative and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t have been more PERFECT for our group! The home was very comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, great coffee bar, beautiful fenced in yard for our friend’s dog, convenient to spring creek fishing every day and ample parking for our vehicles + camper.

Amazing house, spectacular view, wonderful host

The house is beautiful and well stocked with necessities, the view of the mountains was such a treat. Everyone from the kids, parents, grandparents, and aunt all had a great time in Livingston and we all loved the house. It was so nice to have a great place to go back to relax at. The kids had so much fun at the house, there was plenty to do indoors and outdoors. We all felt very much at home. The host is amazing and super easy to communicate with. We would recommend this place to anyone!!
