"The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. "

"Good sized room and bed. Very hot and stuffy on entry. Tried the air con control panel but it was switched off. (In a heatwave in june?) Turned on unit at the mains and room cooled until early hours of the morning when I heard water splashing on the carpet from the ac unit.- Noticeable amount of water pouring from unit-So turned it off again. "Booked a suite and got Room 7; beautiful room, huge with a comfy king size bed. Only slight negative was breakfast was a bit early for us so didn’t have it! Finished at 9. Lovely location and fabulous hotel"

"The hotel perhaps needs a little TLC. The bed was fine, the shower worked. But....there was 1 bath towel between two people. The shower curtain was stained, and inner curtain is needed. The window blind was broken. We would not stay here again, and felt the room was overpriced for the condition. The booking form needs to be clearer with regards to dogs."
