Leonardo Hotel Liverpool
We had several blood stains on the sheets, duvet cover, towel and pillow case and asked the chamber person if they could change them. They did and there was still blood on the pillow case. The hotel is perfectly situated. The staff were helpful and friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay as the rooms were clean; breakfast was very varied and plentiful and staff went out of their way to help and accommodate our needs Thank you

Pullman Liverpool
Great stay and great location just 2 mins from the bus stop from the airport. Friendly staff and clean and cosy room. Food in the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. Only shame is that the windows dont open, a little bit of fresh air is always nice but the air conditioning works well. ...
