"Alarm went off twice at 3am in the morning. No hot water for shower. Shower water was backing up. Hairs also in the shower. Explained to staff at front desk when we were leaving and they couldn’t care less. Won’t be staying again."

Daresbury Park Hotel
"What a lovely hotel! The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and more helpful, the rooms and amenities, lovely and the price, so reasonable! We will absolutely stay here again 🙂"

Novotel Liverpool Centre
"Good basic hotel . Nice barstaff. Location is one of its best attributes. Air Conditioning was not working and that made the room quite hot . Told reception but nothing could be done at that time. Hopefully , it will be fixed for the next customer. Rooms are well used and need a revamp ."
