This stunningly cosy two bed apartment, is the ideal apartment for those looking to stay in the sea-side resort of Southport. This apartment is all on one level, and does not require use of stairs.

The two-bed apartment can sleep up to 7 people, and comprises of three double beds, two single beds and two bathrooms. Bedroom one has two double bedrooms.

The Space:
Lift access – there is lift access to this apartment, it is located on the third floor of the building. There is also stairs which you can use if you prefer/ in an event of an emergency.

Parking - there is parking available at the property for a cost of £10.00 per day per space. We have use of a secure gates underground car park at the apartment block which you can rent a car space from us directly. We also have permits for on-street parking if this is something you would prefer. Please get in touch to arrange!

Bed Linen and Towels - This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.

Kitchen - We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay.

Guest Access:
There is a code for the apartment block. Instructions for access are provided once the apartment has been booked and 48 hours before check in.

The Neighborhood:
The neighbourhood - Superb location, within walking distance of the Promenade, Southport Theatre and Conference Centre and The Atkinson Theatre. Shops, restaurants and wine bars are just a short walk away. And if you’re a passionate golfer, why not have a game at the famous Royal Birkdale? Only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

Getting Around:
Getting around - The train station is just a short walk away with frequent connections to Liverpool and Manchester.
