"Complimentary breakfast was an excellent amenity. It was a full breakfast with many features. Lemon water and coffee was always available in the lobby which was great. Unfortunately one of the elevators was out of service on a busy holiday weekend. The other elevator had a couple issues. Additional housekeeping staff should have been added since our room was not serviced after 10 hours being gone. Unfortunately those issues brought the rating down."

"Beds were nice, comes with the hotel basics (tv, iron, closet, microwave)
Parking was… the lot is small, then again we were in a rental ram 2500
Breakfast was minimal, but it gets the job done. Coffee is available.
The room shower is the worst part, and it’s not all that bad. The dial is sensitive and it doesn’t look the cleanest, but it works.
The few interactions with staff were ok, they were nice
Overall, if something better is within your budget range, stay there, but this is an...

"Everything was great. If I was to opine, there were a few spots the cleaners missed on the kitchen floor and under the ottoman. Not a big deal bit something my wife noticed."

"The staff are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. This place is old and everything needs to be updated. The room was clean, linens good, bed pillows were small, tv was small. Our room smelled like old smoke. I asked the morning clerk if we could change rooms and she could not accommodate us. She was constantly yawning and didn’t seem to motivated. Oisha, the clerk that checked us in the first day was very helpful. The fitness room is small, missing hand weights, and the...
