"Super cute little penthouse room with a beautiful view! The only complaint we have is the bed. It was EXTREMELY squeaky and moved every time one of us rolled over, it also dents in the middle and is not very comfortable. It’s definitely time to replace the mattress. Other than that we loved our stay! If the bed got replaced we would definitely stay again. "

"The place was immaculate, which is our number one priority! Janet was very responsive for any request that we had and the resort staff is spectacular! We always felt like Home walking into the lobby! We eat many meals there and enjoyed chatting with the food and beverage staff… especially Chris the bartender he has the biggest heart and is a fantastic server! Everything about this place was at 10! We hoped to return next year"

"We attempted to work with the rental company about the awful smell of weed in our room that was so strong that it gave our children and us severe headaches just the first day. We attempted to contact management several times for a refund for possibly a different unit for our stay. They were unable and unwilling to relocate us, or give us our money back. We spent two days of our vacation trying to handle this situation, and I’ve had no help nor answers. Definitely do not recommend with a family!"

"Easy check in, exaclty as listed. Great for spring break trip! Only downside was couldn't get the wifi to work nor the TV. Only other downside was the service in the bar and grille restaurant was not the best but pools and hot tub made up for it. Definitely would stay again! "

"I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. "First I would like to say the location is amazing! Although our air conditioner stopped working but communication was good on getting it fixed it was just a bummer trying to sleep with no air for a night.
