When we were trying to check in using the self-service machine and it wasn’t working properly, Marcus stepped in right away and helped us complete the check-in smoothly....

"Hotel originally selected based on location, price and availability for a short 2 night stay for first time in Belfast. Upon being greeted at door upon our arrival we realized this was going to be like no other place we have stayed before in any city. The featured rooms and time spent by owner to blend fashion and furniture is incredible. Breakfast, late evening bar and music far exceeded our expectations. "Room was extremely clean and beds so comfortable. Returning at night the door man was very particular in letting people in . He asked name, room number and number of guests and ticked this off a sheet before we could proceed. You had to use your key card for the lift to work. Hotel felt very secure in a busy area. For the great deal we got I would definitely stay again. Talbot street carpark was a 3 minute walk away and cost £14 for 24 hours. Great value. Well done Ramanda . Thank you"

"The hotel is newly renovated so the room was nice and clean. The free parking is a huge plus. The location is a but further away from everything but if you have a car, its not a big deal. Breakfast was not my favorite consider the price they charge."

"The staff were excellent! We were there during a very trying time for the city and the staff were under tremendous stress and despite this they were professional and courteous. We sincerely hope the hotel management took great care of them in return!!"

If you have mobility issues then best specify when booking as there are a lot of stairs to upper bedrooms. Ideal location with Botanic rail station opposite. All in all an ideal place to stay in Belfast"

"This hotel is very well located. Just about 10 minutes away walking from the train station. Very clean and confortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel is very good. The breakfast is buffet style. When we were there they made a discount if you preorder and pay in advance."
