Mount Lincoln, a two-bedroom riverside cabin, is located on the left side of the Pemi Cabins property. With its private deck overlooking the Pemigewasset River, this cabin combines rustic charm with practical amenities for a peaceful White Mountain getaway.

The cabin accommodates up to four guests and includes the following:

**Sleeping Arrangements:**

Two separate bedrooms, each with a full-sized bed and fresh linens. Curtains and shades provide privacy and comfort, with the soothing river just outside as a natural “sound machine.”

**Bathroom:**

Full bathroom with a stand-up shower, towels, and complimentary body wash and shampoo.

**Entertainment & Comfort:**

Comfortable living space with a couch, dining table, and cable TV. Mount Lincoln is equipped with heat for year-round comfort. While there is no air conditioning, fans are available on demand to keep you cool in warmer months.

**Private Outdoor Deck with River View:**

Accessible from the kitchenette, the private deck includes a propane grill and table with chairs overlooking the river. A picnic table is also located between Cabins 12 and 14, making it an ideal spot for larger gatherings or connecting with neighbors.

**Kitchenette:**

Equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, sink, gas stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware and utensils for meal preparation. Guests also have access to outdoor communal charcoal grills and picnic areas.

**Property Amenities:**

Guests enjoy full access to the riverside "Pemi Pub" (next to Cabin #5), communal charcoal grills with covered dining areas, an outdoor shuffleboard court (equipment stored in the Pemi Pub), communal fire pits (firewood available for purchase onsite), free Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, pet-friendly accommodations, and no cleaning fees.
