Villagio Spa Pass at Loon base - 3 minute drive with dedicated parking. New renovated unit top to bottom. Newly added Mountainclub membership with pool, gym and outdoor hot tub at Loon Mountainside Spa with restaurant and bar.

Wonderful mountain views in this three bedroom, with sitting loft, two bath vacation rental townhouse located in the desirable Clearbrook II. Newly installed mini split for AC throughout.

Enter the private entrance to the locker area and foyer and continue downstairs to the lowest level of the townhouse where you will find a full bath, laundry room and two bedrooms. Bedrooms offer each a queen size beds, and a loft with roku TV and classic nintendo video games. The mid-level of the townhouse holds the great room with a wood burning fireplace, 55" flat screen TV and a spacious wrap around couch; the dining area with a large table seating eight and a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and counter seating for three. The deck is accessed from the dining area and has a great mountain view. The master bedroom suite with a queen size bed, a private attached bath, and more scenic views is located on the upper most level of the townhouse. Finally, the sitting loft is on the landing between the great room and master suite. With over 1650 square feet there is plenty of room for all!

Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain ski area is available weekends and holidays in the Winter season only Pickup is at the beginning of the road and on an every 15 minute schedule.

The area offers winter and summer recreation for everyone. The perfect destination for your getaway!

Loved this townhouse! The living area was spacious and comfortable. It was nice having separation between the bedrooms (two on first floor, one on third). There was a cozy area with a couch and tv a few steps above the living area which would be great for a family with kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the necessities. Having a washer and dryer was a great help. The area was very quiet, which we really enjoyed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect! The beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and everything we needed. The place was spotless and the views from all the large windows were breathtaking! We hope to come back.

Very nice place. A few issues with cleanliness and functioning sink in the upstairs bathroom but overall very nice. Very busy season so things get missed. Owner very apologetic and appreciative of the input. We felt it was an ideal spot from which we could do leaf peeping and see family in Vermont as well. Would stay again. One note, lots of stairs to get to the condo and inside as well so if you have problems with stairs this may not work for you.

We enjoyed the beautiful views from this property. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The stairs were a bit much for my husband, who has a history of 3 back surgeries. Carrying large luggage up all those stairs was a challenge. This was a nice location though for beautiful drives and short hikes.

Can’t say enough great things about our stay at this beautiful property! It is in a great location just outside of town. The home is very comfortable and has an incredible view which can be enjoyed from the charming balcony. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. Equipped kitchen which was very convenient. Can’t wait to visit again!

My friends and I rented the place for a wedding we were attending. We loved the location and how close it was to Loon! The condo was clean and well put together. We loved the view from the living room every morning and late afternoon! Great spot for a weekend getaway!

Convenient spot minutes from Lincoln and Loon. Nice views of the trails. The kitchen was nicely renovated and well stocked. Furniture was well above average for a rental and seemed newer. Nicely appointed and tastefully decorated . Candles and things are a nice touch. Full size laundry was helpful. My kids slept well downstairs. We would stay here again.

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable property, easy access to hiking trails, we enjoyed access to the hot tub and pool. Wonderful view from all the windows. Well equipped kitchen, nice appliances, good quality pans, knives and dishes. We enjoyed a lot our stay!

Despite the beautiful pictures, the condo was even lovelier in person. The furniture is very comfortable and decor is perfect... very high-quality. There is plenty of room to spread out, including a quiet den. I am a good cook, and when a listing says, "well equipped kitchen," I'm skeptical. But, this kitchen was VERY well equipped. Plenty of high quality pans and sharp knives for food prep. Used the crock pot, great toaster. Beautiful dishes. High end appliances, as well. One of the best features -- the view! Having a cup of coffee on the deck every morning, looking over at Loon Mountain, was such a joy! There is more to do in the area than we had time for. Hiked The Flume, went to Mt. Washington, rode all the gondolas, enjoyed Clark's Bears, and even saw two shows at local theaters. So many trails to hike, and so little time! Erika was terrific. Whenever I emailed her, she was always responsive to our needs.

The townhome was very clean and cozy! We loved the modern updates and appliances. Beautiful views from all rooms! The only drawback was the noisy AC units, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable property close to Lincoln with easy access to hiking trails (and skiing in winter!). Well equipped unit with nice open kitchen/dining/sitting area with lovely views. You have to carry your luggage up a long-ish flight of steps but that was no issue for us. Owner is super-responsive. Highly recommend!

We had a girls weekend over Memorial Day. The condo was very clean and with plenty of room. The views of Loon Mtn were fantastic and we watched the gondola travel up and down. It was great weather and surprisingly quiet. We only had two days there but it was just what we needed. Close to everything. Great restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. We would definitely love to stay again.

We loved the condo. 3 bedrooms made it perfect for a girls weekend. It is located just outside the National Forest and across from loon mountain. We enjoyed having access to the loon mountain wellness center.
