  • Sea Quest es una casa de dos pisos de nueva construcción ubicada a poca distancia del acceso a la playa pública adyacente al barrio de Olivia Beach en SW Lincoln City. Con cuatro dormitorios y dos baños y medio, esta casa de vacaciones puede alojar cómodamente hasta diez huéspedes. Esta hermosa casa está llena de conchas marinas, peces y otras decoraciones náuticas en un agradable esquema de color azul y blanco. Incluso tiene una "cala para niños" donde solo los niños pueden pasar el rato y divertirse mientras los padres se relajan y se relajan. This was a great house for our weekend get away! It's in a fantastic location in the center of Lincoln City's long strip. I personally very much enjoyed the creek in the private backyard, such a vibe. The house was in great condition and had all of the things we needed. Beach access is within walking distance, which makes staying at the coast that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Loved the place . Parking was an issue to tight and the front neighbor spend all his time watching coming and goings to make sure you don’t park over the line. Not sure if he owns the place or has an easement on the Driveway .

Worked well for 6 adults and 3 children. Kitchen was stocked with all the items you would need to cook a meal. One bed had a plastic cover which made it noisy, uncomfortable, and hot for one of the couples. Walk to beach about 10 minutes w kids. The have a BBQ and a hose outside to get the sand off of yourselves. We would stay there again.

Great location and home. Only problem there was No Power to the back two bedrooms. I called and was told it would be Top Priority but never was fixed so the back bedrooms had no lights or power of any kind.

The location was great, but the property needs a deep clean and some maintenance. The size and layout of the house was perfect for our family.

Exact number of rooms we needed for a large family. Appreciated that two rooms had queen beds instead of bunks. Nice size deck off kitchen. No outside play area to speak of.

Comfortable and close to beach

Overall this was a decent place to stay. It was fairly clean, but just a bit rundown in areas. It was close to the beach and comfortable. There was one bed that our friends said was pretty hard but we had 1 group had people who didn't come

We loved that there was a bedroom on the main floor for our elderly mom. The mildew needs to be cleaned out of the windows. We also loved that everyone had a bed to sleep in . Thank you

Addressed our concerns but skipped some cleaning of floors, chairs, cobwebs, carpet stains, and grimey bannisters. Loved the quiet and roominess. Overall, beautiful home, just needs more attention to esthetic details.

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful girl’s weekend at this property. It was better in person than in pictures. There were 5 of us and there were 5 separate rooms so it was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and we were close to downtown Lincoln City and neighboring towns. The house was comfortable and we felt at home. We loved it!

Interesting location but great house

It's kinda hard to find as it's on a flag lot. There's a house in front and a longer driveway back to the house. Parking is a little interesting if you've got multiple vehicles. The nice thing about this is that there is no backyard neighbor and it's very calm and peaceful. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Was perfect for what we needed.

Family Trip

Overall it was pleasant. Wished the ad had explained the flag lot and driveway issues but thankfully we only had 2 cars as the neighbors made it very clear of a line we were not allowed to cross. Neighbors startled us the first morning by walking between our cars and around the house to go surfing despite all of the no trespassing signs.

We enjoyed our time at this rental. The only negative was the parking. It is a long driveway and hard to back out. There is no ocean view and the front view is of the house in front. The back view is of some trees and a road.

Quick family stay

Great location. Wasn’t able to get in at check in time. That interrupted our plans for the day. TV in living room wasn’t working. Carpet felt dirty. Other than these few complaints, this is a great property. Close to everything. Large space.

The house is very charming and we enjoyed staying there. However, the back deck railing is broken and we warned the children to stay away or they would tumble over. Also a paper plate of cigarette butts was also on the deck; the tv didn't work even though a man came and spent some time working with the wires. The first night the power in two bedrooms was off, which was fixed the following day. Also, with 3 families and only 1 set of house keys, the door was left unlocked during the day. I think that if the electrician can fix the wires, there would be few complaints. Thank you.

Family vacation

This was a nice house plenty of room. The parking was horrible if you park to far back the neighbor comes out and lets you know. For a house that wiil accommodate that many people the parking is bad. Two of the bedrooms had no power. We checked the breakers and couldn't get it to stay on. We made it without power for the long weekend but this need to get fixed. Other guest wrote in the guest book about the power issues months ago.very nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

The location was nice because it was near the beach. It was also easy to access the beach. However, the house was not clean. The floors were filthy, which we noticed because our feet and socks were really dirty after walking on the floor. The dining room table was sticky in the side, so we had to clean it before using it. Also the blinds and ceiling fan were coated with dust. The parking is really tight too and made it difficult for two SUVs to back out of. The cookware was also limited and poor quality. My parents slept on one of the beds upstairs and ended up moving downstairs because it had a cover on it that crinkled and made a lot of noise every time they moved
