Summary:

Sea Gypsy No. 324, which we call "Soul Reefresher," is a third-floor condo that enjoys an incredible view of the coastline. It sleeps 4 up to four people by way of a king bed in the bedroom, and Queen Murphy bed in the living room, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms.



The Space:

Unit 324 is a spacious condo we call "Soul Reefresher." Perched on the Sea Gypsy's third floor near the south end, this condo enjoys views of the Pacific Ocean and the famous D River. How many vacation rentals do you know with both an ocean view and a river view?



Please note - The stove top in this unit has 3 working burners at this time. 



Soul Reefresher sleeps four in two separate sleeping areas. It has the most unique Murphy bed in the building, custom-built by the owner so you can look out the window as you drift off to sleep in a comfy queen. The master bedroom features a brand new (as of 2019) king bed. If you like a soft bed, this will suit your needs. It's a top-of-the-line memory foam bed. There are two full bathrooms and many modern amenities throughout the condo.



The kitchenette was just updated by the owners with the addition an oven to make it a full kitchen. After baking some biscuits, head down to the wavy coastline to search for agates and seashells by the seashore. There are natural tide pools just a short walk to the north. Right to the south, adjacent to the Sea Gypsy, is the D River — the world's shortest. You and your kids can play in the ankle-high river all day long (season permitting). With this condo being located on the south end of the building, the D River is a big part of your viewing experience. When it's too cold to wade in the D River, you can see salmon migrating up it during the winters. We've seen a bald eagle stalking the salmon the past three winters.



New laminate flooring was installed in 324's hallway that connects the oceanfront suite to the master bedroom. New carpet was installed in the rest of the 658-square-foot condo in January 2018. There is hardly an inch of this vacation rental that hasn't recently been improved by the owners. They tiled part of the kitchen, brought in all-new furniture and are constantly tweaking it with the goal of perfection. The couch in the living area reclines for comfort. The brand-new, 55-inch TV is on a sturdy swivel-mount so you can watch it from the living room, or tilt it toward the full kitchen for the latest Gordon Ramsey episode.



When you're not wading through the D River, or swimming in the ocean, check out the Sea Gypsy's indoor saltwater pool and sauna. There are two outdoor gas grills available for your use as well.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
