Summary:
'Shell in a Handbasket' is what we call this eloquent and spacious oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a queen size bed and a Murphy bed, has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right outside the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!
The Space:
Unit 304 is a simple, eloquent and spacious condo we call "Shell in a Handbasket." It was completely remodeled from head to toe in 2015 and has a nice, new feel to it. Perched on the top floor, you can view cargo vessells on the horizon migrating on their shipping routes, and observe the grey whales closer migrating as part of their mating ritual.
No. 304 Shell in a Handbasket sleeps four on a brand new queen sized murphy bed in the oceanside suite and another queen sized bed in the private bedroom. The oceanfront suite is wide and open with two relaxing chairs, a loveseat and a flatscreen TV with DVD player and a DVD library. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, range oven and cooktop, microwave and cookware.
Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.
This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
Interaction with Guests:
Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
